I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me, however I created a team for this event and EVERYONE on the team wants a refund as well. Is the company going to refund everyone on my team (Lovely Ladies) or should everyone submit individual Revdex.com complaints too?  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

What was the course to be? Where or how was it altered?

Unfortunately none of the other events are in Orange County or nearby at all. Per email received, I only have 48 hours prior to my scheduled event to transfer my enrollment (to a different event). Since there are none close to my area or on a comparable day. I find this unacceptable. I am also aware of my rights as a consumer. And since I have not received any services for the funds I have paid. I would like a refund. Thank you

Concerning the registration price and advertisement, our events do sell out and the prices go up as well.  We try to keep our registration costs low and affordable for families to join. As they event gets closer to the scheduled date or the event selling out, the price increases. I can assure the participant there is no false advertising nor are we a scam. I reached out via [redacted] several times, including a post to your page. I just want a refund of...

the tickets that I paid for and was not allowed to use, due to not getting the confirmation email. I checked all SPAM folders as the event neared. The only confirmation I received was the confirmation of my purchase. I will accept nothing less. The attached communication is the ONLY  one that was received for both tickets. These were for my son, and young cousin as birthday gifts. Thanks for making me appear to be the liar.
