I have gotten NO refunds for any 2 registrations. First,...

they said they could only refund 1 out of 2. Then, I said I was NOT at the same bank I was at when I purchased the Bubble Run tickets. I called my old bank and they said they DO NOT have any "check" for me. They said I'm no longer a member and there is nothing else they can do. I told them about a "check" I would get from active or the bubble run and they said there was none. And they can't accept any if there was, because I'm not a member and I do no exist there or it would get sent back. I emailed active lots of times telling them this and I want my refund mailed to me. For BOTH [redacted]

Hi [redacted]We are still working with the venue, performers and the rentals to secure a new date. We will make an announcement of the new date once it's secured! Once we know, you will know. Also, as is stated on our website, dates are subject to change and we are a non refundable event....

mandatory packet pickup the day before the event. Participants cutting the course or even altering the course is really unfortunate and we try our best to address those situations when they arise. The registrations for this event are non-refundable  but we do want to provide you with a great experience. We would like to offer you a complimentary registration to a future event we host. I will stand behind my previous response, our Crew and our company policies. The event took place as promised and it is unfortunate that Brian was dissatisfied with the event.  That does not validate a refund as each of his complaints were personal preference, not a failure of our companies obligations.Ryan

To whom it may concern,We do our absolute best to maintain dates and locations; however, there are unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible. It is for that reason that our policies are clearly posted FAQ on our page, in the waiver and the refund policy that is agreed upon...

at the time of registration, stating that we are a no refunds event and dates and locations are subject to change. Your options are to transfer to a new participant or different event that we host. We have provided the above participant with alternative options and will be happy to help her with them.Ryan

At this time, we have made an exception and have refunded the registrations minus the refund fee and the processing fee.  You will see the credit to your account in the next 3-5 business days.Ryan

The “updated” email received today from Cool Events, LLC contained ZERO UPDATED information, details nor any options on a new event date, location etc. as Ryan stated it would in his response to my complaint. The email the organization/company sent today stated the EXACT SAME INFORMATION -the original event was postponed due to circumstances beyond their control(see attached).. I paid money for a service that is not being provided. Their rebuttal response to Revdex.com stated today I would receive updated information on the “newly rescheduled event”. That is false. They are not upholding their end of the business transaction and continue to provide faulty business practices and diminish any credibility of them being a reputable forthright company. Not one bit of information has been provided that reassured me they are not a fraud! All it stated was what we already know...that the original event is not happening nor any resolution of new details (that would probably follow this same pattern of “postponement”)I paid money, as did my group, we made proper arrangements to attend an event we have yet to receive updated info. False advertising, postponed events and no communication of rescheduling or accommodating THEIR “circumstances beyond their control” is not our problem nor is it a resolution to the bottom line that we are paying customers that have not received the service (event)we paid for. The email Ryan referenced in his rebuttal stated the exact same “postponed” info. I REPEAT NO NEW INFO WAS PROVIDED. See attached. I would like a refund because they are not upholding their end of the business transaction nor resolving the matter in a professional way.

this event has been postponed 3 times already. The other events offered are out of my state therefore I cannot travel to participate in any of the other events offered. I am requesting a full refund for my tickets and merchandise
