Appears they have made promises for refunds to many and don't follow throughEnough of this nonsense! Should I be filing a complaint with the MN *** ***? I have a form downloaded and ready to go but I will wait the day out to see if I can get a date my refund will actually happen"Soon" isn't an acceptable response.

Unfortunately, a refund is not an option but we are happy to assist in transferring to a different event in this or next years race season. Ryan

To whom it may concern,I spoke with *** many times explaining our policies It is stated in the waiver that he signed that our event is not refundable(Please see below attachment) This participant did not contact our staff until over a month after the event had taken place requesting
a refund It is stated on our FAQ page that if you cannot attend or need a transfer, you must contact our email service prior to the event taking placeServices were rendered for this event to all 9,participants that registered Unfortunately, there is no further option to provide at this point.Ryan

To whom it may concern,It seems as though there was just a minor misunderstandingT-shirts are included in your registration and there is no additional charge for them There is a $fee to pickup your runner pack on race day as is stated in the email that is sent to each participant
This fee is charged to encourage participants to pickup at the mandatory pre packet pickup which is held the day before the event to decrease long lines and wait times on event dayThis is a cash only non refundable fee.Ryan

Often, when a [redacted] is purchased, participants don't realize that they still need to register for our event using their [redacted] voucher.  If they do not, they...

will not show up in the system.  That being said, when the go to the actual event, the Crew members can check them into the event by searching the codes through [redacted].  At this point all we can do is have the participant reach out to [redacted] for their refund.  We will certainly authorize them to issue the credit back to the participant.

Unacceptable as their should be a refund option in the case that a complete date change happens.  Foam glow should have looked into alternate venues so those who scheduled their plans could still take part.  Due to the unprofessionalism and unethical practice I would prefer never to do a race with this company.  I had an opportunity to take a work trip over original dates that I purposely moved to the 19-25 so I could take part in this, only to have dates changed.  It is extremely disappointing.  If you were to refund based on the circumstance which would be the right thing to do, I would rebook a future event and spread the message on how great you are and still promote this to friends and family.

After the experience and treatment I have received from this company I do not want to do business with them. You ruined what was supposed to be a fun family experience.  As you stated numerous times no refunds is a policy. If you can make an exception to hold my reservation you can refund my fees. If Irvine meadows broke your agreement with them, I would think you can go after them to recoup your losses. I am not happy that you changed the agreement to your favor. Be responsible, do the right thing and issue refunds. All the back and forth over this has been upsetting to say the least.

Unfortunatly we experienced a serious issue on the part of the venue management during the event which caused a snow ball effect and lead to many of the issues you listed. We are very sorry for the experience you had and want to make it up to you as well. In adition to us not only refunding your registrations we would like to give you 4 additional VIP registerations (valued at $180) to our next event which is called [redacted] and is being held in August at the same venue.
