They can claim it is family friendlyWhen you do not have adequate staff to manage the event and allow half naked women and intoxicated people continue to participateAdditionally, when we signed up in January, the site was TBDRyan only wanted to tell me I was wrong and never once apologized for my experienceMy kids were subjected to nudity, profanity (even used by her staff), a lack of safe environment, and our stuff was stolen while we waited for the event to continueRyan just wanted to correct me, tell me I was wrong, said insinuated we were liars when I informed her of the fact her associates said we could apply for a refund, and basically did not own up to the fact her company did not do what was rightIt is not surprising to me that they don't care about their reputationThey don't care they are not accredited by the Revdex.comThey don't careSo their lack of empathy and customer service is on par with her responseIt's basically what I expected her to sayThey simply do not careWill never care and my $is more important to them than their reputationSad state

This offer is absolutely ridiculousHow is anyone supposed to transfer their ticket to another state? It's not like they have other dates in my city, let alone in my stateThis is the most absurd thing I have EVER heard from a businessHow on earth is this offer and solution remotely acceptable? There are an unbelievable amount of complaints against this company both on the Revdex.com and all across the webI can certainly see why! I find it quite ironic that the date for the Blacklight Slide was changed almost IMMEDIATELY after I closed my purchase for the original dateIt seems quite suspiciousIt seems like the company knew that they were changing the date and continued to falsely advertise for a different dateThe bottom line is that I paid for an event and the company cannot deliverThere is only one acceptable solution and that is to give me a refundI will loudly share this ridiculous "business" and their awful reputation and scammingI also have a friend who received a full refund for this exact same reason, so this business should stop perpetuating liesI will continue to push and share this horrible business practice until I receive a full refund

Hi there,All participants that were registered for our Seattle event were notified as soon as we were about the date change It was due to circumstances beyond our companies control and we did the best we could to accommodate all partiesAll participants, including Kimberly, signed the waiver
and agreed to the no refunds policy at the time of registration It does also state that "dates and locations are subject to change" That being said, at this time we are willing to make a one time exception for Kimberly and her family and refund all registrationsWe do hope to see them at a future event.Ryan

To whom it may concern,All participants were notified of the Irvine date change with the following message: "As you may have heard, Irvine Meadows Amphitheater is being demolished. Due to this, our event is moving up from November 5, to Sunday, October 23,
2016! We apologize for the delayed announcement but we had to secure all logistics first" The message was then followed with options to transfer the registration to another event or new participant that can make the date Unfortunately, the venue moved the demolition date up on us and we are a no refunds event We will make an exception and hold the registrations for a future event that this particular participant can attend.
