I cannot transfer to someone else bc no other runs are in my state and I have nobody to transfer the registration to.

To whom it may concern,We did communicate with [redacted] and she did request to be transferred to the event in Tampa. All three of her registrations were transferred to the event that will take place on October 8, 2016 per her request.Ryan

I have been more than patient. I was promised my refund in a specific timeframe. That time frame has passed and I have reached out multiple times with no response. I, as your customer, am suffering due to your negligence, lack of planning & dishonesty.

Although the participants were offered assistance in transferring their registrations to new participants, a different event or a different city and originally agreed to the no refunds policy, we have issued refunds at this time. They will see the credit to their account in the next 3-5 business days.Ryan

To whom it may concern, There was a delay on Saturday night at our Cleveland Slide event due to weather--all aspects of the event were temporarily shut down for the safety of our participants and staff--however, once the all clear was given the event went on without a hitch!  The local...

authorities even let us stay open late!  Unfortunately, if you chose to leave the premise due to the weather, you will not be issued a refund. Our staff did not advise anyone to leave, if you were misinformed by volunteers, police, or parking staff, it was out of our control. We did continuously make announcements over the PA and on every social media outlet we have. We are a no refunds event which is agreed to upon registration and posted to our website.  The $5 pickup fee was also waived for all participants picking up on their slide day. The merchandise tents were closed during the delay for everyone's safety however they did open back up at 8:00 pm. The delay at the event was two hours long.Ryan

apologize for the delayed announcement but we had to secure all logistics first. "The message was then followed with options to transfer the registration to another event or new participant that can make the date. Unfortunately, the venue moved the demolition date up on us and we are a no refunds event.  We will make an exception and hold theregistrations for a future event that this particular participant can attend.Ryan

To whom it may concern,We have spoken to [redacted] previously and tried to explain that she did indeed purchase a registration to our Blacklight Run originally. We have multiple websites for our events however none of them are linked therefor a mistake in event registration purchase can not be made....

Had she notified us upon receiving her Blacklight Run confirmation email, we could have transferred her registration to the correct event.  Unfortunately, this step was not taken.  We were notified after the event took place and as per our company policy, transfers and refunds are not issued after an event. What we are willing to do at this time is to offer [redacted] two standard registrations to a future event that we host.Ryan
