I requested a a refund for $57.82 as I paid for two registrations, I was only refunded me for the amount of $32. I would like a FULL refund of $57.82.

I now see that I am expected to pick up my towel and such the day before the event or pay an ADDITIONAL  $5.00 to pick up the things on the day of the event.  Like I really have time to take off work to get those things.   I  don't recall seeing this additional charge when I registered.   This whole thing is a rip off.  I've seen nothing but negative reviews on this event.  I have never, ever had an event randomly change dates and times.  I thought it was flaky when I started getting emails with the time changing multiple times.  I will let all of my Facebook friends know to never signed up for an event run by this company.  A total rip.

To whom it may concern,I spoke with Brian yesterday and made attempts to address his concerns about the event. We do host a family friendly event and did not hear any other complaints of nudity. The address of the event has been listed on the website since it was posted and Brian was aware of the...

location at the time of registration therefor seeing as he knew where the slide was taking place if he thought it was not the best area for his family, he did not have to register. The event did have a rain delay and our Crew and the local authorities did a great job of communicating what was happening. The event reopened and was even permitted to stay open past the cutoff time so the participants could enjoy the slides. There was not a lack of security at this venue. I have confirmed with all Crew members that not one of them told any participant that they would be receiving a refund as it is our policy. We do not control the weather and we did follow through with our end by hosting the event, unfortunately you can not receive a refund due to matter of opinion.  Brian did agree to the waiver and the no refunds policy at the time of registration there for we will not be issuing a refund for his registrations.  He did also state during our conversation that his kids were sliding which means they did participate and were hopefully able to at least have some fun.  If needed, I can send over the signed agreements from Brian's registration.Ryan

Dear Revdex.com - thank you for following up on my complaint. It is very much appreciated. The response made by the business is poor and therefore, I do not accept their offer. Instead, I would like a full refund. I do realize that it is very unlikely that the business will return my money but, out of principal, will not accept their offer to attend another event free of charge. Thank you once again for your help. My follow-up response to the business is shown below, regards Brad Dear Cool Events LLC Thank you for your reply but I do not accept your offer. My family and I do not want to attend another of your events free-of-charge because, based on your very poor rating on Revdex.com, I am not convinced that the next event will be organized any better. We would like to receive a full refund. I realize that you mentioned in your last correspondence that the 3 mile fun run is non-refundable. However, we did not attend a 3 mile run fun - the course was only 1.9 mile in length and therefore, your argument is null and void. The fact that half of the fun run involved running back and forth in a zigzag manner in a small, crowded parking lot is ridiculous. You know as well as I do that this was purely a "cash grab" on your part. Brad
