While I appreciate WW reaching out and apologizing, I still don't accept their lack of action or refusal to take responsibility in this matter Their form was deliberately vague, obtuse, misleading and frankly advertising The promotion was actually a large part of my decision to join WW in the first place Simply saying they use a 3rd party to fulfill the reward cards does not free them from responsibility to rectify the situation Especially in light of the past and current attitude of WW reps of "too bad you aren't happy....deal with it" I regret ever signing up for their services/product Their focus is to improve the health and lives of people What I have experienced is just the opposite...they don't care about clients/customers.
