I called the member and got some clarification on her different contacts with Customer ServiceI expressed our regret regarding the experience she had and appreciated her feedbackI added week time credit to her account to give time to make sure the technical issue is resolvedI will contact

I spoke with ** *** and apologized for the confusing information she received from Customer ServiceI explained a refund was submitted for the $via check and explained how long that would takeI offered to have that refund get to her via credit card so she would get it much faster and she
acceptedI also explained she was refunded the $and I issued a refund also for the $cancellation feeI offered the member three months on us for an Online membership but she declined at this timeI told her the offer will stand if she changes her mind.
