*** *** explained the phone situation via email and I have tried to reach her twice now at the times she provided with no luckI just sent her an email explaining we must speak with her because we will need her credit card number in order to investigate the charges in question and it is not safe to put that in an emailI asked her to let me know if she cannot call us at all during the week and I can make arrangements to have someone call her on Saturday. Weight Watchers has made cancelling this subscription so hard that I tried for several months to cancel following the directions listed on the website, which do not have the appropriate links and are very misleading Because of the length of time it takes (and took finally with this last
encounter) minutes, to cancel, I was unable to cancel this for several months

I spoke with *** *** and apologized as the representative she talked to gave her incorrect informationPer notes on her account, June *** is when her form was processed and approvedAs stated on the form though, from the time of processing, it can take as much as to weeks before the
