I have already submitted the receipt to "***" on 8/**/and I have received no response to dateI was directed to *** by a Weight Watchers employee in order to pay for the annual Weight Watchers planI paid the money to "Weight Watchers online" via *** per that employee's instructions as can be viewed via the attached receipt and I have not received the product that I paid forThe seller listed on the receipt is Weight Watchers InternationalOn 8/**/15, a Weight Watchers employee admitted to me that "We have researched your account and found that due to an error between our database and the company that does our billing" and yet they insist that they have not been paidIf this is an issue with the companies that they contract to do their billing with then it needs to be taken up with those companies as opposed to denying a customer the product that they paid for or a refund for their purchaseI would like a full refund

First of all, they say that the program site changed Dec*, but in fact that was the second time it changed in less than a monthSo they liedSecondly, the site still does not work and it's impossible to useAfter taking all the time it requires to fill in the days "points" it wipes everything out, or it doubles the points all of a sudden, and it wipes out yesterdays points, but not the day before that points.It's random and it's very frustrating for someone who has paid to use their siteThey have over 35,people who have written in complaining and they are not doing anything about itThey will not give a date to anyone that is the date for it to be fixedAll they ever do is say they are sorry and they are working on itReally, this is a travesty for their clientsThey should not take money for this site until it worksThat's what I want - they need to step up and do more than say they are sorry - they need to refund thousands of people their money

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and while the customer representative was very polite, I don't think weight watchers is taking all these complaints of unauthorized charges seriouslyWe had to have the debit reserved by our bank, so what the responder says she offered - to activate the account and refund - was not really on the table because our bank already returned the unauthorized debitI do believe that as a weight loss program, WW is greatAs for an honest business, with processes/ systems/ communications that are upfront and not deceitful, I don't see thatMy husband doesn't want to do business with WW anymore because he does not want to give this company his credit cardHe would be willing to work with them if he can pay by check or cashHe doesn't want to be checking our transaction history every month to see if there's an unauthorized charge, and I can't argue with thatIf the WW rep has a solution to this, I will be glad to discuss this with my husband

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I find it very insulting that weight watchers has not only sent the exact same response, which demonstrates this company's stance on customer service, but additionally, the representative has chosen to insult me by calling into question my reading abilities.As I stated before, The website does not describe that one can not weigh inNor does it describe that you would have to be a meetings member to be a lifetime memberNor does it explain that you would have to be a meetings member to get "swag" or weight loss momentumsWeight Watchers has been misleading in its representation of what each program offers and it is not fair, nor could any of these things be deduced by the websiteFurthermore, I called in and spoke with several online support services and garnered different responsesThus, if it were as clear as WW's says it is, it would be clear to employees and explicitly stated on the website; it is not. There is no place on the website which black-letters any of these things and it is misleading to consumers; not because of consumer's lack of ability to read, but rather WW's inability to create a transparent website which letters to consumers exactly what they can and can not expect in each package.
