Jennifer, the Costco representative, called immediately upon receiving the Revdex.com complaint. She was quick to assure me that everything would be resolved and thanked me for the information I provided so they can make things better for other customers. Jennifer supplied me with all her contact information and kept in touch with me. She had an upbeat, positive personality and was completely professional--all businesses need someone like her to represent them!

tires will be provided in the form of credit toward purchase, determined by remaining tread analysisThe remaining tread on ***'s tires at the time of the warranty was 75%(8/32) This resulted in a remaining balance due of $for the 25% used

I appreciate Costco's quick attention to my multiple matters including multiple matters raised June 29, with various folks at American Express and Citi Bank Costco Visa
This June 29, telephone marathon lasted over hours
I was told I would have meaningful responses by nowTo date no meaningful responses have been received
After this Revdex.com.org complaint was filed, on July 10, I contacted Citi Bank Costco Visa again to determine the status of the various responses which were overdue
I was told responses would be forthcomingTo date no meaningful responses have been received
It is my understanding extensive notes were takenFor brevity and economy in communicationPlease provide copies of those notes

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have submitted all the paperwork that was asked from me , to your account Rep Brenna, I faxed them directly to herCostco failed to mention, that their website, stated there was a beach on there, when confronted of this issue they shifted blame to Aston Shores saying , the resort was responsible for the photos, in talking to Management at Aston Shores, they let me know that it was Costco decision to have the pictures posted on their websiteI didn't have a choice of where to go because in fact it was considered Sprin Break season, I went on to Costco.com and saw that they had a relationship with Kaanapali Alii and stayed at that resortI have tried to the best of my ability to have this issues resolved I was told because of the change that Costco would in fact reimburse me for the day and the difference of the costThere is a recording saying so, and the rep Brenna also acknowledged the recording as wellWe had to pay over $that wasn't refunded right away only $was refunded days into our trip, that and I had to also pay over $for the other resort, tying up all of our funds for DAYS!! On February 9, Costco's Risk Management Team reported that someone would be contacting *** *** to speak about this issue. Reference number ***

Our third party administrator, Gallagher B*** investigated *** **'s complaint about tire service damage. Our employees did not say they caused this damage, and our investigation supports that the damage is not consistent with anything our equipment could cause. Although we are
sorry to hear that your vehicle wheels have damage, it was not caused by our tire center service

a) No one told me that the washing machine was on a backorder and I was told times that the washing machine will be shipping in the same
weekFor weeks, I was provided inaccurate information.
b) On Jan I had recieved an email from Sandra A that due to the delayed delivery (item was supposed to ship out on Jan), I will be recieving a $ credit once the item shipsI have queried about this again and there is no response from COSTCO.
COSTCO should advise me why was I given inaccurate information weeks in a row and why is no one responding on the credit.

Member cards are not transferable and they should contact the warehouse to address cashier issue

The original tracking number created for this shipment continues to show no movement
With the members authorization, a replacement order was placed on Sunday at 1:p.m

They have advised me that they will ship this out UPS 2nd Day Air

We have reached out to Ms*** to offer further assistance and have left her voice messages; we have yet to hear back from herThis unit is still within the manufacturer's warranty and it is their legal obligation to repair or place the unit should it be defectiveWe are more than happy to assist Ms*** in troubleshooting to attempt to the resolve any issues and connect her with Vizio should troubleshooting not be successful
Without troubleshooting or performing a diagnostics's test, it is impossible to determine if the TV is defectiveAt this time, we are unable to offer a return without obtaining further information from Ms*** and going through the warranty process as all member's are required to do

Prices can vary by location, but are usually fairly close in price. Pricing varies by NDC (National Drug Code) and manufacturer so the location could have been looking up a non-preferred NDC or manufacturer. I would need to know the drug in question to research further
Prescriptions can be transferred from one Costco location to another. A member would need to call the location where they would like to pick up the prescription and let them know which medication they would like to transfer. Some types of medications can not be transferred due to Federal or State law. Prescription number may be required to do this on Costco.com, but at a warehouse location just the drug name is enough
Once a member's profile is accessed at a location it is on their local server. So in order to update an address/insurance/etcit would need to be updated at all locations a prescription has been filled. Updating a profile on costco.com may need to be done with the staff via phone
The member should be able to use CMPP if a drug isn't covered by their insurance. CMPP is not available for members with government insurance plans. *** plan doesn't look to be a government plan so CMPP can be used. If the drug is covered by the plan then the member can't use CMPP

*** *** I am not rejecting this resolutionI am simply waiting to close this case until I receive the refund back to my card and also waiting to receive the $Costpo gift card Which Alex says will take 7- days That is a long time I don't want to close it before I receive the refund back into my account I am afraid to close this case until actual receipt of both refund and $gift card are received After that, I will close the complaint

We have confirmed with our payment processor the refund was accepted and sent to the bank on 6/12/Reference #***It may take a few days to post to the accountPlease let us know if we are able to be of any further assistance
