I am sorry to hear that you have had a issue with a price on an item at our locationWhile Costco does not price match items from location to location we do however stay competitive in our marketplaceYour situation is a unique case as the Lakewood location had taken an in-house markdown on an
itemThat markdown was specific for that location as is solely at the discretion of that specific locationThe Huntington Beach location as well as any other Costco location does not have knowledge of other Costco's in-house markdowns, nor do they price match these markdownsThe in-house mark down again is only for that specific location

Dave spoke with our warehouse manager at Wilsonville - even though the Warehouse was not specified by the Customer, it was the closest to customer's home address Costco is a private membership warehouse club and therefore does require a membership to shop at the warehouse and use the Food
Court facilities However, while we don't encourage non-members to use our facilities, if a customer shows up to use a restroom we would definitely allow that person entrance and on occasion non-members have used our food court
We have spoken with our employees regarding non-members use of our facilities, and encouraged them to seek advise of upper management

I personally called and spoke with member *** *** days agoI offered to cover all of her expenses: the cost of her gas, the cost of a car wash, the bracelet for about $and her dry cleaning bill.She was very happy and satisfied with that resolve. I am waiting for her to come back by

When it was realized that the pricing issue occurred, the order was cancelled. The member was notified of the cancellation. No product shipped, there were no charges on his credit card

Costco/AmEx accounts will transfer to Citi without cardmembers needing to apply for a new card. Although Costco is not in a position to provide financial advisement, we
understand this process of transferring your account will have a neutral impact on your credit score
As with any co-brand credit card, terms of your Costco/AmEx account represent an agreement between you and American Express. That account is owned by American Express, and Costco is not authorized to access or change our members’ credit card accounts; including the ability to offer an opt-out mechanism for a credit card portfolio not owned by us.
Your Cardmember Agreement with American Express, under the section namedAssigning the Agreement states, "We (American Express) may sell, transfer or assign this Agreement and your AccountWe may do so at any time without notifying youYou may not sell, assign or transfer your account or any of your obligations under this Agreement."
To prevent your Costco/AmEx account from automatically transitioning, you may contact American Express before June 15th to cancel that credit card. Although you may still receive notices and even new credit cards from Citi prior to Costco's conversion to Citi & Visa on June 20th, the financial data associated with your AmEx account will not transfer to Citi on June 20th if you have canceled your account with American Express prior to June 15th
Please keep in mind, if you choose to cancel your Costco American Express credit card, you may forfeit any rewards accrued since January of and your credit score may be impacted for a short time. You should discuss that with your financial advisor if you choose to cancel your American Express agreement
Should you decide to allow your Costco/AmEx account to transfer to Citi, any AmEx rewards earned will move with your account and will be issued by Citi in early
Your options at this point are to either cancel your American Express account, in which case you will not receive an assigned account from Citi, or to maintain an active account with American Express and automatically receive a new account from Citi. If you choose not to cancel your American Express account, it would be your choice as to whether or not you activate your new account with Citi

Member *** ***/*** * ***, issue was resolved with him by Costco's Buying team and Loss Prevention team explaining that their charge was not fraudulent and was for Flooring purchased in but not charged in a timely manner. Member was offered and accepted Costco's offer to compensate

Optical Manager Laurie Lreached out to this member yesterday, and the member opted for a full refund which was processed for her yesterday.As stated, this was *** *** first experience purchasing eyewear at Costco. Prescription glasses are made to order and our Optical staff is trained and
skilled in fitting. In this particular case the frame was probably too large and adjustments were unsuccessful in fitting the frame to her satisfaction. Our first objective is to satisfy the member with fitting and adjustments. However, if unsuccessful in fitting, we are committed to taking care of our Members and willing to process a refund when necessary. ** *** is satisfied with the outcome

I am rejecting this response because: It was not I that wrote the checks and/or had communication with Costco regarding any money orders sent to them. Preceding the time frame Costco denotes the checks were written and purchases made, I believe you will find a correlating "domestic violence case" It is my believe that my husband at the time or an affiliate of his is solely responsible for any/all of these purchases. I, hereby, stand behind my claim and respectfully request that my name be cleared and any/all Costco memberships affiliated with my name and/or California Driver's License be brought back to a positive, working state (w/zero balance)
