Since 4/21/I have only been dealing with her husband per her request. This member is in Hawaii and when contacting I try and do in the late afternoon if at all possible. I followed up with the member on 4/and would be back in touch with update with shipment status. Member
should have received an email with the on the water information, and I just reached out to the husband advising him the same and once it arrives at local delivery agent will be contacted as quickly as possible I had been going back and forth with the vendor due to an item number and PO not pulling into their system as the dresser was only needed to ship. All that took a while, but everything was in process and member was advised on the water expectations via email on 5/12. Modus just advised 5/shipment via Fedex ***-* and it's showing delivered 5/to the DA I have requested the pictures that we were promised as it arrived at the DA 5/and we have received noting yet.LTL just provided an update also, advising confirmation on the water as it was noted on 5/when member was emailed. Please note the OMS emails are going to his wife because I am unable to update the OMS shipment notifications on this orderThe vendor advised they would be overpacking and pictures which at this point we should have and I'm checking on the status As I've previously discussed with Natalia and her husband a couple times, we are happy to thoroughly review once the dresser is received in satisfactory condition and all issues are resolved.Sincerely,Krystle P***

I spoke with *** today and explained that we had never received her original email regarding her experience. Her frustration stemmed from the fact no one contacted her from the warehouse. I put a cash card in the mail today along with the letter I have attached to this

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I never received the original notice of the missing information from the transaction invoiceYes I did follow up on 11/20/checking on the status which they said it was rejected for no response from my side but I never received no email or letterAfter requesting them to reprocess the rebate again on 11/20/2017. still pending and I hope I will receive it soon. I will wait to hear back if it will be resolved soon then I will be satisfy.I hope this help clear my side

This item was never sold at warehouse #Chantilly for $or at the surrounding buildings ( Sterling & Fairfax )We received this item on 1/09/and have sold it at $since the day we received itThe price was verified when the member inquired about the pricePurchases

Costco has contacted member via phone and email. Proof of credit was sent to member showing Costco membership fee was credited to her Visa credit cardCostco has received phone call from *** stating her credit card issue is satisfied at this time

We apologize for any inconvenience to Mr***, but when we received the chargeback notification on 7/14/the funds were removed from Costco.com's account. Depending on Mr***'s financial company/bank would have credited his account per their banking policies. Mr*** should have received documents from his bankIf he has not, we encourage him to call his bank.The charge was disputed as a "Fraudulent Transaction" per the attached documents that we received from the bank On 7/24/Mr*** called into our contact center to request the return of the products. Our returns department began the process to have the item returnedUPS attempted a pick up of the computer on 7/26/& 7/27/17, but was refused. Costco.com sent a UPS return label to have the printer returned and Mr*** in advertantly used that label to return the computer & printer. Our returns department was tracking the UPS pickup request and they did not see that the computer was picked up On 7/31/the box containing the computer and printer arrived at our return center. On 8/1/a request was sent to our operations department to have the credit keyed and on 8/4/we keyed a credit of $which was the balance of the order that was not disputed. The $credit was keyed back to the card ending in which was used to place the order. I have attached a copy of the credit memo showing this.Depending on Mr***'s financial company/bank would have credited his account per their banking policies.We apologize if Mr*** received inaccurate information from our contact center, but unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund until the item that was ordered is returned and verifiedI encourage Mr*** to contact his bank to inquire on his credits. Thank you

Costco member *** *** came in Mid March to return a dinning set purchased in Jan of Member claimed that they were moving and did not need dining table anymoreThe return was denied at that pointMember called warehouse to talk with a manager to discuss returnThe building agreed to return
the table as a member service action
Costco stands behind its products and its return policyAt this point no blocks or comments have been placed on this account to alter returns

Dave spoke with our warehouse manager at SalemCostco is a private membership warehouse club and therefore does require a membership to shop at the warehouse and use the Food Court facilities
However, while we don't encourage non-members to use our facilities, if a customer shows up to use a restroom we would definitely allow that person entrance and on occasion non-members have used our food court
We have spoken with our employees regarding non-members use of our facilities, and encouraged them to seek advise of upper management

Costco is actively looking into this complaint

Costco is very sorry that as a member, you had a bad experience in purchasing your cell phones at the Wireless Advocates Kiosk within your local Costco warehouseYour situation has been under review with senior managementThank your comments and concerns

*** has since been in contact with this member. Had this mattress been infested at the point of sale, there would have been an infestation issue at the warehouse where purchased, as well as, other warehouses that received mattresses from the same shipment. The bed bugs could have very easily been transported to the mattress after it was opened in the home
