who advised that it was PDI informed the member that PD was not covered under warrantyHowever, we would like to obtain pictures from her to assist with making a final determination on the PDI advised her that once we have received the pictures, they will be reviewed and forwarded to corporate for a final decisionShe agreed to provide before and after picturesI sent a pictures request, we thanked and the call concluded. We have contacted the above-mentioned individual. There was a mis-understanding in regards to the $gift card, specifically that the cards are mailed by our third party vendor and take up to weeks to be received by members. We have offered Mr*** a $cash card as a

Hello *** *** ***,I am following up on the status of your Revdex.com complaintPer our conversation on Friday 6/2/2017, AT&T has confirmed you are already receiving a monthly bill credit on (1) of your iPhone 7’s, they have also advised they are applying monthly bill credits for the (3) additional iPhone 7’s purchased on 2/10/2017.The credits will be applied to your account and backdated within 2-billing cycles, Wireless Advocates has requested that this process be expedited however AT&T has advised they have a bill credit process required to get the monthly bill credits applied to your account successfully. Due to the inconvenience this has caused you I will be sending a $Costco cash card to you on Friday 6/9/2017, you can expect to receive the cash card in the mail within 7-business days from issuance date in a post card style type envelope.
