We have reached out to Mr [redacted] to obtain the serial number for his unit and are in contact with the Manufacturer to facilitate the delivery of a replacement filter to Mr [redacted]

This item is outside of the day return policy for appliances, so we are unable to authorize a returnWe confirmed with the carrier this item was delivered on May 24, 2016.Our Costco Appliance Team has never dealt with this member, she has by the looks of it been dealing with concierge as she has been receiving serviceWe are happy to step in and help if she is having any issues with concierge or receiving service

I have received confirmation from American Express ( [redacted] ) that the statement credit of $for our member [redacted] was received and credited, please view below confirmation: At this time the Mr [redacted] complaint is resolved

I was able to get the member's credit card number and apply the $refund to the account I also verified that all fees and interest have been removed I spoke with [redacted] and she is satisfied with the resolution

We made contact with the members husband ( [redacted] ***) on Tuesday10/18/and attempted to resolve the complaintI stated that she would receive a full refund and that we would make accommodations to pick up the sofa which is an extension of our member servicePicking up members merchandise is not necessarily common for us to doWe also made a courtesy follow up phone call to expedite this transaction however we spoke to Mr [redacted] who said he would relay the message and would have [redacted] call us back

I have tried to reach out to the [redacted] and have not had any luckHe might be out of town for the Holiday I wanted to apologize for the service and review options for him to renewHe is currently expired and is the secondary person on the accountHe wanted to be placed as the primary on the account , which we were happy to do f his mom would come down or call the number since she is the primary on the accountHe didn't want to do that so he leftIf you need anymore info please let me know

Costco has researched and confirmed with our supplier that the instructions to attend the attractions for this item were communicatedIf our members are dissatisfied with the item Costco.com products can be returned to any of our more than Costco warehouses worldwide

Thank you for your recent inquiry on behalf of Mr [redacted] We appreciate the Revdex.com’s efforts to resolve consumer complaints and to promote communications between businesses and consumers Mr [redacted] contacted our Concierge services on 12/27/in regards to distortion on his screen, troubleshooting with one of our agents temporarily resolved the issue Mr [redacted] called back on 12/28/as the issue had come back One of our agents was going to reach out to LG to see if more troubleshooting steps were available but the call with Mr [redacted] dropped for unknown reasons Mr [redacted] then contacted LG directly, they had him do some troubleshooting which did not resolve the issue After calling back in to Costco Concierge Mr [redacted] was informed he would be set up for service, he expressed frustration with the troubleshooting and requested to return the television Costco has a day return policy on televisions and extended the manufacturer's warranty an additional year at no cost to the member At this time Mr [redacted] has been set up for an in home evaluation I hope this response has satisfactorily addressed the Revdex.com’s concernsThank you again for your inquiry and for providing the opportunity to respondIf you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me Best Regards

Mr [redacted] check in at the Ka’anapali Shores was Tuesday April 5thMr [redacted] spoke to Costco Travel on April 6th @ 9:15am PST to report that Ka’anapali Shores had no beach, so he relocated to the Ka’anapali AliiMr [redacted] also stated that Alamo charged him an additional $to upgrade his rental due to not having the full-size car he reserved with us for his pick up at approximately 1pm HST on April 5thWe worked with Ka’anapali Shores and were able to refund Mr [redacted] everything except the car rental, which was utilized Mr [redacted] had stated that he was charged a $upgrade fee for the car rental as his category was not availableWe asked for the invoice/r***ipt from Alamo so that we could address the claim with Alamo and seek a reimbursementNo invoice or r***ipt has been r***ivedMr [redacted] was also requesting that we reimburse the cost he paid to relocate from Ka’anapali Shores to the Ka’anapali AliiSince Mr [redacted] booked directly with Ka’anapali Alii, the reservation information and cost is not available to usWe asked him to send in his hotel r***ipt showing the additional cost for his stay so that we could address that claim as well We’ve been attempting to work with Mr [redacted] in good faith as we understand his short time at Ka’anapali Shores was undesirable, however we are not able to blindly issue refunds for amounts that we have not validatedIn order for us to further address Mr [redacted] requests we need to r***ive all the requested documentation so that we can remedy his complaint appropriately Jared R [redacted] Assistant Reservations Manager Costco Travel - Vacation Packages Department Hawaii/Europe/Caribbean/Costa Rica/Mexico/South Pacific/Domestic

Member [redacted] was contact by a Costco.com Supervisor on 11/3/regarding his concerns with order [redacted] and, specifically, the missing parts Costco.com initiated an exchange order on the same day and confirmed delivery of the replacement unit on 11/4/ Supervisor also engaged Costco.com Buying Staff regarding original order and missing parts to ensure this issue is raised and addressed by the item vendor
