On 06/14/16, [redacted] wrote two checks. One was for 49.29 and the other for 17.30.
On 6/25/16, we received a debit memo from the bank saying the checks had been flagged (stop payment) .
6/25/16 - First contact letter sent to member.
6/28/16 - Member contacts our location and says he...

will be in to pay on 06/29/16, but did not show up.
07/06/16 - attempted to call member, left message.
07/12/16 - attempted to call member, left message.
07/25/16 - 2nd contact letter sent to member.
07/29/16 - member calls and says he can't pay until August 11th.
07/29/16 - member decides to pay the smaller check by phone for 42.30 (initial check plus $25 service fee) Says he will pay the other by 08/11/16.
08/11/16 - Member did not show up to pay as promised - attempted to call member, left message.
08/16/16 - Sent to Y.C.C.S. for collection.
It was brought to my attention on 12/13/16 that [redacted] had called about this issue on 12/12/16. To my knowledge, that is the only call that has been received.
We are researching the issue - We need to get the facts from Y.C.C.S. before we can proceed further.

We contacted the member by phone to discuss her concerns.  Costco will be sending a $25 cash card per her request and following up with Citi to assure that they have all of her current information.

Costco will offer one of the two remaining required tires at no cost with the understanding Mr. [redacted] purchases the second required tire.
Mr. [redacted] should visit the Leesburg VA tire center and ask for Pete the assistant warehouse manager or Eric the tire manager...

to order the tires.

[redacted] I received a call from Sedgwick regarding my claim [redacted] and faxed him (Jeremy) both Service Master invoices which total $2,418.69 which I paid on 1/3/2017 for the laundry room damage and expect full reimbursement back to me in a timely manner.  Thank you in advance.Sincerely,  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I already have waited 6 billing cycles, the offer was to receive the discounts for the 4 phones between 2-3 billing cycles. I cannot wait any longer, the offer should have been applied at the latest by the 3rd month of service. They need to also complete a refund adjustment for the additional 3 months that I was charged incorrectly. Please note that this is not acceptable that I will have to wait an additional 3 billing cycles, I have already waited much longer that was initially agreed upon.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have returned items to Costco in the past with no need or reason for return, only that I no longer wanted it or needed an item. I feel this dishonor of return is based on the fact that this purchase was a big ticket item and it was purchased 3 years ago. No where on their site or on their return policy does it state a time frame for a return or that you have to have a reason for a return to return. It only states a satisfaction guarantee. Costco is not only going against their policy but are also false advertising to get members with this return policy.
 
Initially, I was led to believe that I was going to have this item returned. On 03/18/2016 a Costco representative told me someone was going to call me back with a pickup date in one week. On 03/28/2016 I contacted them back because I hadn't heard back from them, then they proceeded to tell me my return had been cancelled and the reason was sent by email that I had never received to this day. They said they sent it to me and said to check spam and it wasn't there either. Sarah B[redacted] was the only email I have gotten from them and only because I contacted them over the phone. Later Sarah B[redacted] emailed me stating that I should be hearing from a return manager and I never did hear from a return manager.

response because:  Costco contacted me and said they would contact Lenovo about a return.  I have not gotten an agreement to fix or replace from anyone as of yet. This computert is well within the manufactures warranty and Costco's extended warranty.

Costco has reached out to the member and explained tt does take up to 90 days at times so there will still be some.

Mr. [redacted] cancelled his reservation and unfortunately, per the vendor policies, [redacted] charges a mandatory $300per person cancel penalty and the Rail from London to Edinburgh was 100% non-refundable. This was explained to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] prior to their final decision to cancel. While...

we understand Mr. [redacted]’s displeasure for these lost funds, these are not penalties to which Costco Travel can chose to levy or not levy. They are imposed by the vendor. We suggested that they inquire with [redacted], if they had purchased Travel insurance, as their purpose for cancellation may have been a covered reason.
With regard to the [redacted] Tours Credit, according to our records a Supervisor is still engaged in communication with [redacted] Tours and working towards a resolution. The last date of contact to Mr. [redacted] regarding the credit reimbursement was Thursday 4/28, to which a voice message was left advising we were waiting on further feedback from [redacted] Tours and once received we would contact him with an update.

Costco became registered and began collecting sales tax prior to the member's order.  Our registration was prompted by a combination of elements creating business presence.  Though not influencing our decision, the Oklahoma state legislature has aggressively pursued out-of-state businesses for registration by expanding the business presence definition on 6/9/2010.  Even absent a business presence that either we or the Oklahoma Tax Commission felt was sufficient to require registration, nothing prevents Costco or any other business from registering voluntarily at any time.  
Whatever might prompt a business to be registered, once that step is taken a collection and remittance responsibility directly follows.  Costco was registered in Oklahoma before 12/29/15 and we were required to collect tax on this sale by virtue of that registration.
