I know you gave me a $100.00 (which I mentioned in my complaint)  was used in costco but the trip was not worth $3200.00 I think costco when they sale there stuff should be responsible if you are not satisfied wich we weren't that is in there policy. The $100.00 was not enough  for what we experienced. That was a joke. Like I said that cruise was not worth more then $1500.00 so I don't agree with just the $100.00 that was given .  The Costco should stand by there sales product wich WE WERE NOT SATISFIDE. I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]

I e-mailed the member on Wednesday after talking to him regarding the non-fulfillment of his order.  We received confirmation from the vendor on Friday that their bakery was waiting on an ingredient in order fulfill outstanding orders, which was not expected until the week...

of June 12th.It was at that point that I credited the member in full for his item, and tried to call him, but had to leave a message on his voice mail letting him know that the vendor was intending to send him quantity 2 of the item when it became available at no cost.I have yet to receive a return phone call or reply to my e-mail.  I called him again today, but had to leave another message on his voice mail.

notebook purchased from Costco in 2015. A smudged and/or missing serial number may cause uncertain delays to repair in order to locate correct parts. However, once that was addressed the repair moved forward and was deemed successful.  Any concerns member brought up regarding his interaction with Member services and/or Concierge agents have been reviewed and addressed to enhance agent training. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you continue to enjoy your Costco membership benefits.

return policy and 2 year warranty.  Mr. [redacted] is currently past the return policy time frame by over 7 months.  The television is currently  under warranty with [redacted], our Concierge team can facilitate the process between [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] and have the television set up for repair if necessary.  We have forwarded this notice to the Costco Concierge Service, they will reach out to Mr. [redacted] and assist contacting [redacted] for in warranty repair options.I hope this response has satisfactorily addressed the Revdex.com’s concerns. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: As a customer and a parent I had every right to be upset that my children were inside Costco freezing were extremely cold. Customers safety and wellbeing should be a priority with Costco and this response from them shows the people who are in management have little or no integrity in the Costco brand. The response fails to realize why I was upset and why I immediately went to the cost section for my children. It was not handled properly and the response is no solution for me.Sincerely,[redacted]

I have spoken to Samsung today. They said they would do a one time courtesy fix. They also said if the problem continues after the repair company's warranty, then I would have to pay out of pocket to have it fix. THIS I DO NOT AGREE WITH. I WILL AGREE TO HAVE A REPAIR SHOP FIX IT, BUT IF IT CONTINUES, I WILL CONTACT COSTCO AGAIN AND FILE ANOTHER COMPLAINT. I have included websites of people having the same issue. Clearly Samsung knows about this problem. I missed out on the class action lawsuit.

We have contacted the member and issued a refund via check.

T-Mobile has resolved the issue by closing the equipment installment plans on all 4 devices.  Additional, T-Mobile has applied a credit of $80.00 to your account which covers the devices ($10 x 2 months x 4 devices) you have already been billed. The credit will show up on the next billing cycle as a “Sales Courtesy Credit”.

I sent the puctures on 10/14 as inhave emails indicating that specific date. I was told to contact memberships as I was being giving the run around by concierge service. It is irrelevant how generous your warranty service is. I bought the tv because you advertised that as part of your services and as a member who pays for executive card I am entitled to these services. .my tv is still not  f ixed 100% and until it is I reject any response. I have full proof as to when I sent pictures to costco. I can provide full  evidence. [redacted]

We apologize for any misleading or incorrect information you received regarding the executive membership. Upon sign up you should have been advised your first years reward would only be for roughly 10 months of shopping due to when the rewards are issued in respect to your expiration date. We send...

the rewards out with the renewal notice 2 months prior to your expiration month to allow an ample amount of time to use the reward towards renewal or purchases. You continue to accumulate 2% on all eligible purchases towards next years reward. If you decide not to renew as executive, the balance reward will be paid out automatically after your expiration date of 12/31/16. You are not losing any 2% earned. Also, the reward received for $50.73 can be cashed out at the membership desk, no problem. The 2% earned from your shops from Oct though Dec will accrue towards your 2017 reward that will be issued 10/1/17. Lastly, if you are not satisfied with the executive membership you can request a refund your $55 executive fee. If you request the refund after using the reward for $50.73 then your refund amount will be $4.27. If you have any questions please request to speak with the membership manager at your local warehouse.

We have been in contact with our member,  [redacted] regarding her email to the Revdex.com and we have advised her of our resolution.
We have agreed to refund  our member, [redacted]-[redacted] for the transfers in the form of a check from Costco Travel, along with a goodwill gesture of a $100.00 cash card.
This resolution has been discussed with our Vice President of Costco Travel, Peter Gruening and he is in agreement of our resolution.
We believe this to be a fair and reasonable offer.

We are sorry to hear of the trouble Mr. [redacted] experienced with the wheel on his vehicle. The wheel shows a radial crack on the inner flange. Radial cracks occur after impacts with irregularities in the road distort the rim flange which can be immediate or develop over time. This type of damage...

requires a significant amount of force and is a very common occurrence with the lower profile sidewall tires on late model vehicle. Any period of under inflation also increases the potential for these types of cracks.
When a new tire is installed the hair line crack can “open” however it is not a result of the tire installation.
Mr. [redacted]’s wheel damage was not a result of the tire service provided by Costco and therefore we respectfully declined his claim for damage.

We have reached out to this member to resolve her issue. We will of course refund her membership fees if she is in any way dissatisfied with her executive membership.

Costco will replace the leaking tire in question at no cost or refund the cost already paid if the tire has been replaced.Please contact Robert M[redacted] at [redacted] to arrange replacement or a refund.
