The delivery agency did not charge him for the power cord. The rest of the needed parts were stated on the website but he did not read through the requirements prior to purchasing. The delivery agency charged him $180 for the parts and we reimbursed him for the cost. Member was satisfied.

In lieu of a refund, the member requested us to send the product.  An exchange was keyed, at no charge to the member.  The charge for the product was from the members original order.

The AGM at Winston Salem will be calling the member to resolve.

We have resolved this issue for MR. We have been on the phone with the insurance companies trying to get this straightened out.  The word is yes the medication is covered but not the NDC that we carry and sold to him.  In their system it shows the NDC that we used as being a pre-packaged product.  The insurance company...

is trying to fix this in their system, but as of now it is not covered.

Computer  on 7/19/2016 through Costco.com. At such time the laptop came with a 90 day return policy and a two year ACER manufacturer warranty. The 90 day return policy for this unit expired 10/17/16 16 and the unit is now within ACER's warranty. Costco Concierge is a free technical support call center for member's and we've helped millions of our members mediate and facilitate warranty through our mutual partners. We have offered worked with ACER and will allowing Mr. [redacted] to return his unit. Concierge has reached out to Mr. [redacted] and he has accepted the offer; he will be returning his unit to his local warehouse.  I hope this response has satisfactorily addressed the Revdex.com’s concerns. We spoke on 03/22/2016 regarding your experience while purchasing from our Altamonte Springs location. Your complaint states the sales associate verbally quoted a lower monthly cost then what you were being billed by AT&T.

The Revdex.com complaint states you’re desired resolution was for your AT&T bill to be decreased $50.00 a month.
Upon reviewing your request we have verified you were indeed informed of the correct monthly cost, and you no longer have AT&T service.  Based on this information Wireless Advocates is unable to fulfill this request.

I apologize for the inconvenience experienced thus far regarding your membership and 2% reward. After researching, it appears your husband was added to a membership as the household (secondary) member on 4/29/13 at the North Miami warehouse. It is not clear how the error...

occurred because to be added to a membership the request must be made by the primary member. The membership fees and executive fees were paid by the primary member the same day your husband was added. Terms and conditions of our executive membership state that the 2% reward will be addressed and mailed to the primary member. Your husbands address was never on file in the membership. The address was never changed from what the primary provided at the time of sign up. Unfortunately your husband was not entitled to the reward. With that being said, it seems your husband meant to open his own executive membership that day. I can confirm his shopping contributed $76.41 to the total $103.00 reward. I will have a Costco cash card created at the Pentagon City warehouse for $76.41 for him or yourself to pick up at the membership desk.

I just attempted to call the CM after confirming that we are not holding anything from her available credit line but she stated she didn’t want to speak to me or ever do business with Costco/Citi ever again and disconnected the call before I could get another word in. I am rejecting this response because: Offering the lowest price is unacceptable because that is protocol that you should follow with all the customers when items are priced wrong. In this case it was your fault that caused me an inconvenience and your manager was also rude and unprofessional. My offer is the rug for $75 dollars total and you credit me the difference with a cash credit card. If you don't agree then I return rug and cancel my membership. Additionally on the receipt I was charged xtra for a bag of potatoes $9.49. I only took one bag. You can add this credit to the cash credit card as well. I hope this works out for well for you and me. I will be waiting for your response. Thanks.

desktop computer, there were a lot of variables regarding the warranty process on this case, we understand the frustration the delays caused our valued member.  We have reached out to Mr. [redacted] and authorized him to return the unit to his local Costco warehouse. I hope this response has satisfactorily addressed the Revdex.com’s concerns. While we can reach out to members directly, the original complaint was not about being able to reach out and talk to the member in person. It was about an advertising complaint regarding an out of stock product listing. Posting a complaint on the Revdex.com is not how we communicate to our valued members looking for a simple contact. Per the Revdex.com complaint process, "The complaint must allege a deficiency in the company's marketplace performance with regard to the services or products at the business provided or allegedly agreed to provide."  We offer a Member Service Contact center via phone, email or webchat as well as our individual Costco locations full of member-service oriented employees ready to assist our members with any and every issue they may have.  Our website offers all contact information from our call center to a specific warehouse location where you can even reach the tire center at the location closest to you.

Costco Travel has reached out to Mr. [redacted] to advise we are researching his concern. I have advised [redacted] that I hope to have a final answer for him sometime during the week of Feb 13th 2017.

I am rejecting this response because: we checked with three major retailers and they all test for moisture on the !st and 2nd levels prior to installation. If  there is moisture now, it was there before Costco installed the floor.  It is obvious you performed no test for moisture in 2014.  In addition the patio door contractor tested the door for leaks and there are none. There never were leaks.   You continue to ignore the problem where the floor is buckling and moisture was not an issue.  Costco continues to ignore its responsibility on this issue.
