We do apologize for the troubles you encountered in regard to your orders We have multiple orders for the skunk costumes you are referencing going back to Sept and running through October 23, The last orders were placed on October at about 1pm and shipped that same day @ about 4pm so by the time the email was received and processed to try and cancel one of those orders it was too late You had requested premium shipping on those and in order to ensure next day delivery they were processed right away We did receive a return on one of your orders [redacted] There were of the skunk costumes returned and we have credited you $and have sent an email in relation to this credit To date that is the only return we have received, if you are returning more costumes, and or have sent more back we would need a tracking # for the retuhave only received the one so far Again I apologize for any issues you encountered in regard to your orders

To whom it may concern, According to the tracking information provided by UPS, Ms [redacted] 's order was not mis-routed coming back to us as it was when we sent it out for deliveryOur warehouse has just received the order today, and it will get sent to our returns department for processingOnce the returns department has processed the order, a return confirmation email will be sent to Ms [redacted] to the email address on her accountIt may take up to business days for the order to be processed, and then depending on Ms [redacted] 's financial institution, another 5-business days to be reflected in her account Thank you, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,I think the customer may have confused the item she was purchasing for a costumeI have attached the listing for the item she ordered which is a cardboard stand up, not a child's costumeYou can clearly see there are no size choices, and the measurements are for height and widthIt appears the item was refunded on 10/which should be reflected in the customer's account in about 5-business days depending on their bank

The phone call was reviewed and the representative did tell the customer they would have the order the next dayAfter the customer expressed that they had to rent a suit, they were advised that they can return the item for a full refund including their shipping and they would not be changed for using our return labelThe customer declined

I placed an order on October 14th and on October 29th I noticed the costume was on clearanceI called in Via Live Chat and told them the costume I ordered was now on clearance and asked for a price matchThey said because I place the order more than days ago they couldn't price match, that was their policyNowhere on the website or on the receipt is it stated that they can't price match after daysIt took over a week for me to receive my costume to begin with
