Ms*** claims she did not receive either the lunch napkins or plates, and according to the order she had of eachA reshipment was processed, but at the time the lunch plates were out of stock so they were replaced with the larger 10" dinner platesIf one of the representatives told Ms*** she only ordered standard kit, that was incorrect, and we apologize for that, but no extra cups or cutlery were shipped beyond what the original order called forIt appears Ms*** ordered extra cake plates (7") and perhaps she thought she was ordering larger plates, but she did receive all the 7" plates that were orderedAgain, if Ms*** can show us a dated order form from *** (not our invoice), where the order was initially placed, with the additional luncheon napkins and plates that were not given to us to send, she would have to get a refund directly from ***, as we have sent everything that was asked of us from ***.

I am rejecting this response because:My shipping option cost MORE then next day business option and had not specified MONDAY delivery at allI paid extra for HALLOWEEN delivery, which was SaturdayThe shipping options were then removed AND CHANGED after the holiday without the option I had selectedThis is a scam as this company, Costume Supercenter changes their shipping options by the minute and then pocket the additional feesThis shouldn't even be an issueThis company is EXTREMLY unprofessionalI am now requesting my $refunded to me in addition to the shipping feeI have never dealt with a company who charges ME to drop off the returnUPS did NOT pick up my package, I brought it to themAmazon and other *reputable* companies do not charge for UPS.

I contacted customer service prior to placing my order because when I put in my voucher to pay it removed my free shipping promotion Customer service rep told me that I should proceed with my order then contact customer service again in order to get the shipping credited to my account Minutes later I contacted customer service again with my order number and the new rep tells me "no I can't do that, sorry you were misinformed." Basically, sorry that isn't my problem you are *** out of luckShe was absolutely no help whatsoever and didn't care what the conversation was prior or what I had been advised to do - I assure you I would not have completed the order if I had been told I couldn't use both when I asked!! Then I call customer service and the number somehow connects me to the order department where the guy tells me sorry not my area I can't help you but I will pass the message along
This is my first and LAST time using this siteI recommend NEVER using them due to their extreme lack of customer service and integrity
