I have still not received my package and got a random email the day of supposed delivery saying you change shipping lines? Should have went with another company.

I ordered couch covers from them and it took almost 2 months to receive. I later find out they are being sent from an overseas company which I was also not very happy about. Once received, they came in two plastic bags and the supports used when you tuck them in? Are foam. The quality was not very good and they are cheap. I would not order from again.

I contacted them wanting to refund and I found out that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. After some emails back and forth, I was promised the restocking fee would be waived. I sent my times back and was missing 1 plastic wrapping that it came in and I was told that I would be charged the 20% because the plastic bag was missing, yet the couch covers came back in perfect condition. That was their justification! This company is sourced overseas with cheap products and terrible customer service. I should have ordered from a US company like Surefit. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

My shopping experience was a breeze due to the well-detailed instructions that were on the website. The website had the sizing instructions and how to put it on which were both so helpful. Shipping was also very fast! I received it in 4 days. I got the textured green cover. I love the color and the new feel of the couch. Will definitely look into getting more covers in the future.
