When placing my order I had questions. Couch Savers LiveChat was an awesome feature and answered all of my questions. I plan to buy additional couch covers in other colors.

Their webstore is very user friendly to navigate and they have a great selection of designs and colors to choose from. Had a quick question and their livechat feature was great!

Very easy site to navigate. Great customer support. Spoke to someone through email and within 15 minutes my order was fixed, I messed up my order and got the wrong size but they fixed it for me.

The interaction I had with online support was helpful. They solved my problem and answered my questions.

So far the selection process has been very straight forward and easy to place my order. I like the wide selection of fabric colors and textures which is what led me to place my order. I did place it July 23rd, received a prompt email thanking me for my business, another email the 28th that it was packed and ready for pick up, August 1st it was picked up by the currier, and then an email August 4th stating that they had changed shipping methods due to the current environment and increased shipping costs. I did select the free shipping option and they are being very transparent with the status of my order but I do have company coming into town this upcoming week. I was hoping I had ordered it in enough time to arrive before they got here. It is now two weeks since I have placed the order and there is not estimated delivery date when I click the order tracking number.

I became aware of this company by an ad that was placed on my social media outlet. I did some research regarding other companies that sells the same product and they had the best price.

The first part of my package arrived and it was easy to navigate. Once it was on others thought I had a new couch.

I am still awaiting the second part of my order. I reached out to the help desk and they were fast in their response. I would love to have both covers on at the same time, but at this moment I’m patiently waiting.

Quick delivery to my front door (which is rare where I live!), great product. Customer service has been very communicative through the whole process. Now to convince my husband to let me buy one for every season.... :)

I absolutely love my couch covers.! I have 3 children and 4 dogs and I purchased my couch early this year and had vegan to see they were wearing out but after purchasing the cover from CouchSavers I’ve seen how great my couches have turned out. They give such a great lighting to the room and the texture is amazing, makes the couches even more comfortable. Stain proof as well! And most definitely easy to wash and get stains off. Don’t get me started on customer service support and live chat. I ended up purchasing the wrong material my second time and had live chat helped me and they instantly cancelled my order and refunded me my money so I could put a new order. Overall I am quite happy with being a CouchSavers customer??
