I haven’t received my order yet so once I receive my order, I’ll change my rating accordingly. Hoping it’s not a scam like the others mentioned below.

So far they’ve been extremely helpful and I can’t wait to receive my goods

I love the covers. Best I’ve ever bought. Only complaint is the length of time to get them.

The service so far has been exceptional. I do hope the covers fit as well as the service has been.

The customer service via the live chat option on their website is AMAZING!! They walked me through the steps of measuring correctly, and I am so impressed!

I ordered 2 couch covers on July 5th, 2020. The company said it will take 2-5 business days (I live in CA), but its been 3 weeks already and the status is still "Ordered", not shipped/on its way. When I inquired on the status a week after the order was placed I was told the package was waiting on a courier. A few days later I asked again, this time I was told they were just waiting on a shipping label. After 2 weeks of waiting for the package I asked again, this time I was told it was still being processed, and when I asked for a refund I was told no. When I asked why I was told because its already on its way (even though a few minutes earlier I was told by another representative that its still being processed). I waited another 5 days and the status of the order is still just "Ordered", not shipped or even processed. Overall I chatted with 3 different customer representatives and each one/each time I got a different excuse of why I still haven't received the package.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company, Ordered product on May 1st. Today is July 23rd and per my last email to them, I have placed a dispute with the credit card company for not receiving the product. Their advertising is misleading. Owned an Operated in the US but actual product is manufactured and shipped from China - No major issue but very misleading, Also to note the tracking information supplied indicates that packages are passed from "Shipping Partner" to Shipping Partner but in all cases it is careful to state that the package has not been passed on to USPS. I will be Posting to as many review sites as possible to try to send the message not to deal with this company. Please note they also have a review page on their website called "True Reviews" and not one review less than 5 stars (seems unrealistic to me just based on natural variation)

Stay away from these people at all cost!!

I have been in contact with the company since June 10th, in attempts to receive my order. In the beginning I was reasonable an requested either a refund or a replacement. In 2 subsequent emails they ask me to wait longer even though my package’s tracking hadn’t updated since May 22nd. Once Mid-July came around I just wanted my money back. From what I could see through tracking, the order hadn’t even made it past the US border. I was informed on July 18th, through the chat feature on their website after asking again about a refund, that they would process my refund and that I would receive a confirmation email and it still has not happened. #

Do not place an order with Couch Savers! I placed an order April 29, 2020 and I still have not received my order. They are a scam and will not refund my money. Do not order from them!

Ordered product in April. No indication at the time that shipment would be delayed. Still have not received product. Have sent customer service 12 emails and they just keep saying it’s on it’s way despite the tracking number expiring. Will not refund as they state “can only refund if you send the product back”. This is a little difficult if you don’t have it. Company in California and do not disclose product is from China. Conveniently no phone number provided.

I ordered from CouchSavers on April 28 and am just now receiving the product. I filed numerous complaints due to the length of time it took to receive the item and the lack of sufficient shipping information. After receiving the item today I took the product out of the shipping package and there is a label that reads "Made in China". The reason I ordered from this company is because they advertised as American Made!!!!! Such false advertising. I can't even get onto their website now because my computer and phones state it is a security risk!

I ordered from couch savers JULY 4 and haven’t received no response. Couchsavers have received their payment July 6. I have contacted them twice. They said don’t have no records concerning the order. The first contact they supposed to be checking with billing and contact me in One or two days . No contact. So I contact them July18. They are saying 24 to48 hours.

I placed an order from couchsavers and had high expectations for this product. It took over a month to arrive and it was incomplete. It did not even come with an instruction booklet on how to install.
I ordered this item because it specifies on the couch-savers site that it was an American owned & operated business. My package was shipped from Hong Kong, China and came in packaging with Chinese print on it.
Regardless, I tried to put the couchsaver cover on my sofa and it did not remain tucked in, the foam bars came out as soon as someone sat down.
Also, it is NOT water repellent as promised on their site. I put one drop of water on the cover and it seeped through right away.
This product is falsely advertised and the company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I contacted them multiple times to get a refund. They never gave me a full refund for all the issues I had with their product and service. They only gave me a partial refund for the incomplete and faulty order I received. I also tried to contact them through their social media account and they did not respond.
I tried various times to leave a review on their site to warn people about their product and my review would not appear on their site. They are restricting negative reviews on their site and only allowing positive reviews/feedback that are all most likely fake.
This business needs to be shut down immediately! They are falsely advertising their products, scamming and stealing people’s money. If possible I would like them to fully refund my money and all others who had similar experiences to mine.

Misleading website. Product did not look like what was displayed on website. It was yellow not beige. It was cheap and had a hole it it. It took 2 months to arrive. It was not come from US. It came from China and was delivered in a dirty package.
Everytime I contacted customer service they said it was on its way and new tracking information would be provided and never was.

It took over 3 months to get to me. I ordered in April and got it in July. It showed it came from alipress seriously? Cheap China junk. Didnt open it and wanted a refund. I have to pay for shipping and 20% restocking fee. I want full refund.

I ordered from this company on 4/27. The latest update was on 5/6 “handed over to airlines”. Tracking has not been updated since. They have no phone no. to talk to a live person just an online chat which I get the same two girls every time. The pictures look generic and looks to me like an automated system. Not actually a person on the other end. I get the same answer “please be patient”. It’s been almost 3 months and I have yet to receive my order. I feel like I’ve been scammed and would like a refund.

I ordered two covers from Couch Savers on May 2 of 2020. It is now mid-July 2020 and I still have not received any tracking updates. I’ve contacted the company via email about 5 times so far asking for updates, my most recent requesting my order be cancelled and I receive a refund. The company representative claimed “It’s impossible” since my order has been shipped, yet I don’t have tracking updates? According to the tracking I do have access to, my product has not even gotten to USPS yet and it’s been over 3 months. I understand restrictions because of Covid-19, but 3 months? That’s an extremely long wait.

I placed my order with the company on 4/9/2020. I received a notification on 4/16/2020 that the order has shipped. I knew it would be coming internationally, so I assumed it would take longer than normal. However, the company says their shipping is 18-20 days. I have contacted the company at least four times concerning not receiving the order. They keep telling me to wait longer and they can’t give me any updates until they hear from the courier. They claim they will contact the courier and get back to me within a few days, but no one has ever gotten back to me with any information. It is currently over three months since I placed the order and since they claimed it shipped. They refuse to issue me a refund or cancel the order. They took the money out of my account when I placed the order and refuse to refund it because they claim it has already shipped. However, I have not received it or any updates for some time so I do not believe I will receive it. I’ve seen other customers say they have never received their packages as well, and I believe that’s what is happening to me. I do have screenshots of conversations with their online chat customer service claiming the order has shipped and that the order would arrive in a certain amount of time, which has not happened. I still believe the company in question is not trustworthy and should not be used by consumers in the future. I believe that the company is overall unsatisfactory and does attempt to scam its customers. Original shipping time was supposed to be 18-20 days, then they told me it would be 8-10 days express shipping. It ended up taking 100+ days and multiple attempts at contacting the company. I received the product, but I am still unsatisfied with the company’s conduct.
