I ordered multiple pieces of couch covers from this company on April 27th. I received a notification a couple of days earlier that my order was received and the courier had the package. After almost 30 days since my order I never received a notification or tracking information about my order. After sending an e mail I was then told that my order was being completed in Hong Kong and I could not get a refund on my order because the courier had the order. I then received tracking information that didn’t work. Just the other day I now get a message saying that my package was delivered back to Hong Kong to do weight restrictions. I ordered three couch covers, how could there be a weight problem? How heavy could they be? I was never informed that my order was going to be filled in Hong Kong and believed that I was supporting an Oregon business, but as I’ve talked to multiple people in their “customer service”, where I am told the same thing over and over again, I believe it to be a scam. It’s wrong that I spent almost $200 on product and I’m still waiting for it just to leave its country of origin, let alone I can’t get any tracking information that actually works.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have waited for over 30 days now for my order. I never received notifications from customer service from this business unless I reached out asking about the products which I purchased. I expressed multiple times that I wanted a refund of my order after being told weeks after my purchase that my order was coming from Hong Kong, and seeing the number of reviews suddenly where many many people who made orders in April never received their orders. Eventually, my order was returned from the courier back to facility, well after I asked to receive a refund. Couch savers refused to reach out to me, telling me of the problem, and asking me if I wanted my refund. Instead, they shipped it again, and now my order is again in hold in Hong Kong for reasons I do not know. It has been over 30 days, and all I want is my money back. I do not understand why this is so impossible when I am unhappy with how this business has treated me as a customer, and somehow managed to make three couch covers weigh too much to be delivered.

I ordered from the company over a month ago and was given a shipment estimated time of twenty days. It has gone a week past that estimated time (which was given in grace due to COVID-19 reasons- everyone is a little bit behind.) I have received other international shipments and deliveries made weeks after this one with no concerns.

This evening I reached out to the company via chat on their website and asked about shipping. They said it can take twenty days to ship to the US, I explained that it has been about a week longer than that. I have also read multiple reviews online today about this happening to other people, and am becoming mildly concerned.

My "shipping" information has not been updated in nearly a month, and all of the numbers I have been given to track do not work on any website, although they should allegedly work on the USPS website.

I am also concerned that I initially thought I was buying from a US warehouse and feel as though the website is misleading.

I purchased from this company in the first week of May. The tracking number they gave me says it hasn’t yet been linked to an actual package yet but that it exists. But on their website the package looks like it’s moving.

Ordered from this company on April 25, 2020. On April 27, 2020, I received an email stating my order was on its way. After messaging the company on multiple occasions asking for updates on my order and telling them how it hasn’t been updated since May 2nd, they just kept reassuring me that they’re working on it and that with COVID everything is delayed. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t cause it has shipped already.

According to the tracking provided, my order hasn’t made any changes said May 2nd and I placed my order in April and still have received nothing and no progress. I placed an order with Couchsavers.com on April 21st for some couch covers. I recieved an email 5 days later stating that my items had been shipped. I was given a tracking number and waited a few days for shipping information to update. I checked every day and my tracking number continuously circled me through their website without any actual shipping information. I contacted their customer support and was told there were delays, totally understandable. But, I grew extremely suspicious of the tracking information or lack there of. I continued to keep in contact with customer support only to be told they would escalate my order and to stand by. I then received two additional emails with a completely different tracking numbers.Why would my tracking number change if it had already been shipped? After doing a little research it was discovered that this is happening to many people buying from this company, never receiving the items they payed for. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited a few more days. The newer tracking number lead me nowhere even though it was stated that it was through *** Express. Just circles on their website again, and nothing coming up through ***. I believe this company is a scam.

Couchsavers is a scam site! I ordered nearly 45 days ago and have yet to receive my package and they refuse to refund me. The package has been lost overseas and Couchsavers refuses to take responsibility. Customer service is rude and extremely unhelpful. They have been telling me for two weeks just to give it a few more days and it might show up. They tell me there is nothing they can do if the package doesn't arrive. The worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my life.

On April 18, 2020, I purchased couch covers and pillows from , Couch Savers. One month later no couch cover and no refund. I have emailed their customer service many times, requesting a delivery date, a shipping , something to indicate to me that my package was coming and is going to be delivered. they stated they don't give out refunds, and will not give me my money back.

If you look on their social media website , everyone else is also having the same issue and I think this company is taking
advantage of people during this time. all of the comments are people complaining about the package never being delivered and not able to get a refund neither.

I placed an order for three couch covers on April 13th 2020. I was told shipping would be 10 business days. After that time passed I began contacting their customer service to find out what was happening. I was given fake tracking numbers and told the product had been delivered to my local post office and to take any issues up with them. I contacted my local post office and found out this was false and they have never received anything. I contacted couch savers again and they apologized for giving false information and said my order had been returned due to weight issues. I asked for a refund and they refused. They said they would reship my order and expedite it. I told them I was unhappy with the service and would prefer to cancel the order and get a full refund. They said they would not be able to do that but that I could pay to ship the order back if I wanted to. Again I’ve still never received the order or a valid tracking number. I believe they think they can give people the run around until they give up or it’s been too long to dispute the charges.

This company makes you believe you are purchasing from somewhere within the US but it seems that is false. The cannot provide me a valid tracking number and refuse to refund me my money.

I am rejecting this response because: The item was delivered well after the stated time frame and it was not signed for it was left at my door otherwise I would have refused because you sent it out after I asked repeatedly to cancel the order because your company was taking so long to send it. I have reached back out to your company via email and chat on your website requesting a label to return the item almost a week ago so that I can get a refund and I have yet to received a response; there is a message on your website today that states chat is not available due to the high volume of support request. I just want my money back this has been a horrible experience and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I requested several times between May 1st and the date you actually mailed it May 15th (according to the invoice and shipping info) to cancel the order only to be lied to and told it had been shipped on April 26th. I simply want to send you your product at your expense since you insisted on shipping even after several request to cancel and to receive a refund for what I paid.

I am rejecting this response because: As much as I didn't want settle for less because I deserved all of my money back, I accepted a partial refund because there weren't very many options and dealing with your company was extremely stressful. I know I'm not the only customer you all have taken advantage of, but I have definitely learned and advise others to steer clear.

I ordered from them on 4/17/2020, and then got a shipment notification on 4/22/2020. The shipment never updated after being picked up by courier, so I reached out to inquire about this via email, because I had no other contact information. They told me to be patient, with everything going on things are taking longer, but it’s coming. I waited, no scan again for a bit, so I reached out again, and same answer. And then again, I reached out after no update. They finally reached out to the carrier who supposedly returned my package to their facility to ship less heavy packages as priority. So my order never moved from day one. They then informed me they’re shipping it via DHL, and it’s on its way. Well, that was 5/7/2020, and the information still only says shipment information received, and that’s it. So it hasn’t been picked up, or shipped yet again. I asked for a phone number, or someone from management to contact me, and they said no, there’s no phone number, and they escalated it, and that’s it. I can only reach someone via email or Facebook, and they all say the same thing; it’s been escalated, and I can’t talk to anyone higher up, and I can’t get a refund since my order has shipped. But, it hasn’t shipped, and the tracking they’ve provided shows that. They won’t give me my money back, I don’t know when, or if I’ll get my product, and the customer service and lack of communication is terrible. This shouldn’t be allowed in any company, especially no phone number to contact.

I was charged $119 for 3 covers. It took a month for them to arrive in a clear bag with no directions. This is not an American made or American Company this product comes from some where in China. The product is made smaller then advertised and the straps to tie the cover down ripped right off. I contacted the company who touts a 100% money back guarantee. It took 4 days for my email for a refund I was told no refund send pics of the the couch. I said no now they say 7 days later I have to pay for the return mind you its $68.16 to return this product to China not Oregon and after I return the items they will be inspected if anything is wrong I dont get my money back. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT ITS A COMPLETE SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING TO SAY WERE AN AMERICAN COMPANY

I placed an order through couchsavers.com on April 20, 2020. By April 25, 2020 I had not received any feedback regarding my order, not even a confirmation email. So I contacted the company for a refund, they tried to assure me it was on its way, but could still provide no actual evidence. I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund, I keep being advised to wait for the product to arrive to then return it through the mail for my refund. But, how am I suppose to return an item they can’t even show is being delivered. I don’t want the product or business with them, I just want my refund for $87.92.

I ordered couch cover a month ago and they still have not arrived. When I contact the company I get a tracking number to a ship that is going to Isreal. They just keep saying that they were shipped and when I ask about the tracking number I get no response. When I ordered it said I could track my order and I can not. They offer no real info and when I ask for a refund because I have never received my products they just say they were shipped. No other help at all. They ignore the fact that the shipping number is for a shipment going to isreal.

They claim shipping delays due to COVID. However it has been over a month since I ordered. No tracking updates since April 17th. Their customer service either doesn't respond or gives the same automated response. Their company's instagram tells the same story with many unsatisfied customers who have spent money and never got their order. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order but go no response which has also happened to other customers.

1. We will fully refund you right now, but as soon as the item arrives you would need to contact us to get a return label.

2. We give you a 70% partial refund and you can keep the order as compensation for the long wait.

Ordered couch covers 4/9/20, supposedly order was picked up by courier 4/22, still have not received. I contacted customer service, got this info an order # *** and a tracking number (that doesn’t work). I have had numerous (on-line) conversations with them to no avail, can’t cancel my order because it has “shipped”, can only return it, but what if I never get it?
I would like actual shipping information or a refund!
