Website was easy to use. Sizing chart was helpful. Received updates about my order. Would give 5-stars but haven’t received my order yet so can’t make a complete assessment of the product.

I’m very happy with my CouchSaver product! It arrived as scheduled, the material is great quality, and the customer service team has been very communicative— even without me soliciting any needs. I would happily order from them again.
I contacted customer service to make sure I understood exactly how to measure my L shaped couch and they were quick at response and very helpful. Even had me take a picture and draw out where to measure. I was then able to pick the right sizes. I'm looking forward to receiving my order!

I was a little hesitant to order at first since they don't have a local presence and I've seen too many web scams, but I have REALLY been wanting/needing a product just like this, so I bit the bullet. I've been impressed by the amount of communication from CouchSavers letting me know every step of the way where my product is. I am hopeful that the product will be as wonderful as their user support. As I have not yet received my product, so hopefully I can update my review to 5 stars once I get it.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this looks and ordered a second couch cover one in the same color.
It was so easy to shop the CouchSavers website! I knew what I needed but wasn’t sure what color. I was easily able to scroll through the options and see what they look like on an actual couch in a room. It made my decision making easy! So easy in fact I ordered a second CouchSaver 2 days later!

I needed to use their contact us button several times while figuring out what to order. The person on the other end was patient and extremely helpful. I can’t wait to get the product. I’m hoping it is as good as the customer service.
Their website was fairly easy to navigate and I liked their size chart and that it felt specific and it was easy to find.
I ordered couch covers from this website only because the site guarantees 100% customer satisfaction and money back. When I ordered the covers it only directs you to one page and provides the measurements for the couches making it seem as if your ordering something that fits the entire couch. Once I received the order it contained one stained cover from China. The website also said that the business was owned and operated in the US. When I inquired about returning the item they informed me that I would have to pay for it to be shipped back and a 20% re-stocking fee. In other words it wouldn’t make sense to send back the item, I would be spending the same amount shipping it back. I have NEVER filed a complaint before but their false advertisement is unacceptable!!!
Hello ***,I have reviewed all conversations regarding your purchase however I can see that your initial complaint on July 26 is about your cover not fitting your chaise couch and our agent explained to you that for our covers to work on L-shaped couches, a cover needs to be purchased for each section which is also demonstrated in our sizing guide however it seems that you only ordered one cover.
