We cannot reproduce the issue the customer is experiencing and the problem most likely lies with the customer's internet connection or network set up.  The customer has been advised on next steps to take in order to troubleshoot their issue. This case should be resolved and closed in favor of the Company.  This is our last comment on this matter.

The first fix for the performance issue was on 7/**. We posted an update on 7/** since some players are experiencing minor graphics issues when there is a lot happening on the screen, and will be providing an update on the resolution as soon as possible. The game is not unplayable since the problem consists of momentary and occasional graphics performance issues only, on certain hardware setups. This is our fine response, This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company.

This customer’s account has been temporarily suspended from accessing GTA Online because of multiple episodes of cheating. Our Support team confirmed the violations, let the customer know that he was suspended for cheating, and informed the customer when the temporary suspension would end. This...

This issue has since been resolved via Support channels.  The customer replied thanking us on Sept [redacted], 2017 and we have had no further contact since then.  This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company.

The customer’s statement is not true and the Multiplayer on Xbox 360 is not broken. We verified in local testing on 7/**/15 that Red Dead Redemption multiplayer is up and players are currently online. If the customer experienced problems while playing in certain sessions or while playing with certain individuals, we recommend avoiding those sessions or players. The complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and this is the final comment on the matter.

[I have followed EVERY suggestion made multiple times and reported the results back to the company.  The company insists on making the EXACT SAME SERIES of suggestions regardless of my response. It took two weeks but I was able to locate two of my daughter's friend's who also had  PlayStation 3s, one was a Ps3 slim and the other three same one I have. Both disks played on the slim but neither played on the one that is like mine. This has been reported back to the company via email multiple times and they them return to the first suggestion they made of ensuring that my Ps3 has all necessary updates, that the disks are clean and free of damage, that I have downloaded and installed any available patches, that I create a "temporary profile" and try playing using the new profile. I have done each and every one of these suggestions dozens of times with the exact same result and reported it back to the company. They have been cycling through these exact same suggestions repeatedly for over a month and have added nothing new to actually resolve the issue. I don't feel they even read my response they just robo reply and claim I'm not cooperating when inreality they're just waiting for me to give up. They have no intention of determining why this game whether on a disk or a download refuses to play in certain game systems (Ps3 fat) while playing fine on others Ps3 slims. And that they game crashed after it was downloaded from the PlayStation store should be a clue that the problem is the game NOT the thousands of consoles it keeps crashing.]

 This is disgusting. I have on multiple attempts tried to prove to Rockstar that I am in fact NOT a cheater, I have not exploited their game, I have done nothing wrong, and yet they continue to ignore me. Let me explain why. GTA Online has an auto-banning system in place that monitors two different things. The first thing it monitors is the installation folder of GTA, and decides whether or not you have a mod or exploit installed each and every time you log on. While I HAVE had mods installed in the past, they have been single player mods, and that is deemed OK by Rockstar themselves. Furthermore, to my knowledge, I have never played GTA online with mods installed, I believe that every time I've attempted to the play the game online I have first uninstalled the mods, just incase their bot suspects me of hacking. Second, their bot surveys your online account and statistics, to see whether or not your behavior in game matches up with what they consider 'suspicious behavior'. For example, if a player has suddenly spawned in 14 million dollars for themselves, their bot will see this, know that this is very strange behavior, and flag the account. At the time that I was banned, I cannot imagine that anything I was doing could have possibly been strange enough for their bot to suspect me of illegal activity, but yet I still received a ban.
I'm currently shaking with anger and frustration, because this company is 100% unwilling to listen to me, and they will not allow me to prove to them that I am infact innocent. I need the help of the Revdex.com because if this behavior continues, and my account is wrongfully banned again in the future, I will be banned permanently, as they mentioned. THIS CANNOT HAPPEN, because I spent 60 USD on this game, and I'm completely innocent of any hacking or exploiting. What they're doing is theft, and this needs to be looked into further. I want to speak directly to a higher-up at Rockstar and explain to them that something is wrong with their system, and that they need to do something to fix it before I and other players are locked out of a game that we paid for.

The player was initially suspended (twice) and was warned (twice) that a permanent ban from online play...

We reviewed the customer's account previously and confirmed that his account was appropriately disciplined for cheating. We do not provide exact details as it would make it easier for cheaters to abuse our system. The customer responded to Support after our last reply. We have determined that the issue is either with the customer's internet connectivity or Microsoft Xbox Live. Responsibility for both do not lie with our company. As a customer accommodation, we have reached out to Xbox Live Support on behalf of the customer. The customer should work with Xbox Live Support to continue troubleshooting. This issue should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company.

“The customer was informed on May * at 4:34PM, in ticket #[redacted], that the temporary ban was for cheating in GTA Online. That ban expired on May ** and the customer no longer has a Support issue to address. This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and this is the final comment.”

Our Support team provided a solution for a common mistake that the customer appeared to be making.  The customer has not cooperated with support Supervisors, who reached out to provide a solution in response to the customer’s login issue and asked him to let us know if there are any further login difficulties. If the customer is still having difficulties, he should respond to the support correspondence for further troubleshooting. This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company and this is our final comment.   This was our final response, we have tried on numerous occasions to reach out and speak to [redacted] to no avail. We reiterate that, if he is still having difficulties, he should respond to the support correspondence for more help to trouble shoot.
