Our Support team resolved this customer’s issue since the time of this Revdex.com complaint. This should be resolved in favor of the Company.

The customer contacted our support team requesting help with modifying his copy of the software in violation of the End User Licensing Agreement.  We do not provide support for third-party modifications of our games or any problems created by installing them.  This case should be closed...

and resolved in favor of the Company.  We will not comment further on this matter.

 The company still fails to state the specific reason for the suspension, other than the general list of possible reasons, and has not returned my in-game progress or money spent on the game. In lieu of an exact reason for the suspension given by the company, I stand by the belief that it was another unrelated program running on my computer (possibly Discord, a widely used voice chat program), which does not violate any terms of service, that triggered the unjustified suspension.

I reject the response as false, and request to know which specific term of the user agreement was violated?  I have invested dozens of additional hours on forums, researching how this could have happened, and I have read every word of their TOS and EULA multiple times.   I am confident of zero wrong doing on my part.   The time invested is by far the most valuable to me, and I feel robbed of over 100 hours of creative exploration.   Yes, at the end of this 30 day suspension I could choose to continue to participate in this online game again, however since no explanation has been given, I have no assurance this will not happen again.   In addition, all progress has been completely wiped so I would be forced to complete 100 hours of identical content to get back to where I was.   The automated suspension process is supposed to PROTECT users like me from hackers, cheaters, and "griefers".  I am an honest player that has not cheated or interfered with others gaming experience in any way.  I am also a long-time customer that has been paying full retail price for this company's creations for over 15 years. Perhaps the policy at Rockstar is to never admit that mistakes occur with their suspension triggers because it could lead to more disputes.   I can accept that, but the fact remains in this particular case I am a victim, falsely accused of cheating, which is insulting and emotionally distressing.  In addition, the normal customer service mechanisms one expects to be in place are absent at Rockstar.   Prior to contacting Revdex.com all of my previous attempts to contact Rockstar customer service were handled by a 3rd party company with no access to log files or records of any kind.  Both digital responses I received were "cut and pasted" generic responses without a single word from an actual customer representative.   In addition phone calls either did not get through due to "high call volume", or immediately resulted in a rude hang-up.   As a wronged consumer I feel my last/best recourse is to file this complaint with Revdex.com to try to get some justice or resolution. I accept perhaps my account was somehow sabotaged or hacked into?  Or perhaps a corrupted file on my PC triggered this?   If the company representative wishes to provide a reasonable explanation of a specific terms violation committed on this account, I will consider retracting my complaint.   If they do not wish to participate in this process and find an amicable solution, then I hope my complaint will help other consumers be forewarned of the terrible lack of empathy this company is demonstrating.

This matter has been properly handled via our Customer Support system. We have not been able to verify the customer's claimed in-game currency loss. We cannot replace any items or in-game funds that cannot be verified. This case should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company.

This is a Support issue and should be handled via support channels.  We have reached out to the customer for more information and they should work with support to resolve their issue.  This case should be resolved and closed in favor of the Company.

[Your Answer Here]I tried playing the multiplayer just last night and yes it is still broke. This is not a case about avoiding players or switching sessions. All the x-box live sessions are unplayable. This company knows this and continues to deceive everyone. The game is on sale right now on x-box live even though it is not working as it should. There are videos on [redacted] for [redacted] and you can look at [redacted] page to see who is doing this to the games.

Game codes are regional and the customer bought a purportedly valid local code from an unauthorized retailer in a foreign country. code. This complaint should be resolved and closed in favor of the Company. This is our final comment on this matter.

The customer has received their in-game bonus, and their issue was addressed in their Support ticket. This case should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company.

Our Support team provided troubleshooting steps in this customer’s ticket and there was no reply from the customer. If the customer is still having issues, he should respond to the ticket. We reviewed the customer’s account previously and confirmed that his account was appropriately disciplined for cheating. We do not provide exact details as it would make it easier for cheaters to abuse our system.  The customer’s suspension has expired and this “complaint” is essentially a request for information. We will not provide further information and this complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company. This is our final comment on this matter.

There is only one ticket in our Support system from this customer’s email address, which was closed when there was no response to the troubleshooting steps sent. If the customer has another ticket number, we can look into the case further. Our Support team has been willing to assist and this complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company.
