That's a false accusation made by Rockstar. I've never modified any console, nor have I ever cheated. Ever. It's slander and it's not only extremely unprofessional, it's illegal.Mind you, this is all over what is essentially Monopoly money. I'm in shock that I've had to escalate the situation to such a degree. And now I'm being falsely accused of cheating? This is absolutely absurd. Look at Rockstar's Revdex.com profile. Do they seem like a company that values their customers? Look at all the complaints. I'm far from the only one complaining about an injustice on Rockstar's behalf.

 I'd like to address the fact you have absolutely no proof of this nor have I ever cheated in any games that I have played. I have autism and enjoy playing video games to help cope and after spending over $2000 on your in game funds they need to be refunded or I will be filing suit with the Attorney General's. If you do not refund my money or provide proof I will make this a public issue and take this up with the media and I'm sure you all would not appreciate dealing with that. Also I'd like to address the fact that with all that money spent you have absolutely NO right to take away my access from content that I purchased: which is exactly what you have done by banning me with no proof. Clearly someone has had a bad day and you should rethink your response or this will go public. I hope you make the right choice for the sake of yourselves. You're customer service is awful and there is nobody to contact and all of my support tickets have been shut down with no response and I'm sure the media will eat this story up. Now you have your choices and I'm sure you will make the right decision. I cannot control what other modders do and I witness plenty of cheaters dropping money on people that you do nothing about.  I want a REASON for them banning me. I have NOT KNOWINGLY VIOLATED any of their rules, and trust me, I've read them. I have been having this issue since I reported that a hacker dumped money on me- I did the honest thing, and I got banned for it. Ever since then, I get banned every time I log in. They won't tell me why. I will not accept this answer. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is not customer service, this is shameful.

Now I have another person emailing me asking for the same verification they keep transfereing me around. I am tired of the games they are playing and all I am asking is for them to credit my game account or reimburse me on my card. That is simple

I do not accept this non sense. Simply put Rockstar has failed to provide or offer any proof of any form in that I did anything wrong. This company continues to do as they please and harass its own customers to the point that many people are now leaving the Rockstar community. I currently have 1273 signatures all willing to follow up in a class action matter if needed. Again I ask that my account be unsuspended and untouched as well as receiving a letter of apology from the president of the company stating that he knows the issues at hand and that he is doing everything possible to stop the terrorist like activity that it is shown by Rockstar doing as they please with no consequence. This business never responded to my resolutions requested. I request a full refund of $59.99 that I paid for this game, as I will never purchase another title that Rockstar puts out. Additionally, since Rockstar chooses to slander me by stating that I modded an account (which I never did), I will be exploring legal action, including any class action remedies, because I'm sure I'm not the only one being treated unfairly by Rockstar. Rockstar provided no proof that my statements are false. I wasted 31 playing days (744 hours) playing a game, only to have the game creator take all of my earned money in an attempt to try and force me to purchase in game currency so they can profit further. In order to resolve this complaint, I am requesting that my account be credited the money they removed that I had earned or Rockstar needs to give me a full refund of $59.99 that I paid for this game. Anything less will not be satisfactory and will result in legal action taken against Rockstar. I also want a written apology.

This customer contacted our Support team about a two-week game ban, and was informed that it had been flagged by our cheater system. We double-checked the account and verified that the detection was correct. Discipline of players who modify the game in violation of the terms...

Any legitimately gained funds were not removed from the account, as the customer is stating that they were. This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company. I have already informed Rockstar that my computer was hacked/compromised and that the person who gained access setup a mail rule so that when the account was banned (both times) I never got the email.Rockstar continues to use this flimsy excuse as a way to defraud me out of a game that I paid for. I have already filed a complaint with the NY chamber of Commerce and I will be contacting a lawyer as well.I have informed Rockstar that I have changed the passwords to all of my accounts as well as re-imaged my PC to prevent this from happening again. I had this game for years without issue and now that I have had this issue Rockstar has stolen it from me in an attempt to try and get me to buy the game again in order to play. Its theft, plan and simple. To you Rockstar, I say this. I was playing this game when it was GTA 1 in the 90's. I stood in line until midnight when it GTA V came out. I played the game for years without issue. I have been a loyal fan and customer to the GTA series before you were even a company and this is the way you treat me? You people can't even give me the benefit of the doubt?To the Revdex.com.org I say this. I purchased this game and now rockstar has banned me from playing it. Again, this company is not answering the complaint and replying with a canned response in place of an answer. Since this company is unwilling to properly address my complaint, the only resolution I want is a complete refund of the purchase price of my game ($59.99), as this company has completely ruined my gaming experience with the game title. If this company is unwilling to resolve my complaint, legal action will be taken, including the exploration of a class action claim against the company for fraud, as Rockstar removes money from online gaming accounts to force customers to buy their expensive in-game currency. This action can be considered a "bait and switch" tactic. I have tried, in good faith, to push for a resolution to my issue and Rockstar is refusing to discuss the issue.
