 I see no action here from this company to appropriately address my concerns in any manner whatsoever.  The complaint made here was a refusal of service with no regard to the end user as to why other than a blanket policy statement which is so vague and expanse that is not possible for me to confidently use their service.  I see no possible reason for this to be closed in the Company's favor. They can take my money with no problem, but they can also restrict me from using the software - just because?  I call this fraud, especially if more of these events result in permanent banning as they have stated.  I am very disappointed with the very apparent lack of integrity here.

This customer is having connection issues because of his unique internet setup.  We can and will continue troubleshooting with him via support, which is appropriate in this circumstance.  The ban he is referring to is in relation to cheating in the game and is not connected with his connection issue. This complaint should be handled via Customer Support and this matter should be closed and resolved in favor of the company. We will not comment further on this matter.

This business did not resolve my complaint, I have NOT been notified exactly what the actions were, and therefore cannot avoid doing them. This response is generic and sent to nearly every other person who writes a complaint through Revdex.com. They sent me a general message of what the actions may have been, not what action I took, and say I will be permanently banned for taking the unknown action. I will be speaking with a lawyer soon, and petitioning the rest of the people getting these automatic bans and generic responses for a class action lawsuit against this negligent company, stepping on its paying customers with no concern.

Rockstar Games has refused to assist me in obtaining a refund for the content that I was banned from the game for buying from Steam (an authorized reseller of Rockstar Games products), they have refused to explain what rule/guideline I violated, and to my knowledge they are maintaining a ban that was imposed upon me simply for purchasing their premium in-game content through Steam.Essentially, they are refusing to allow me to use their product simply for paying them more money through an authorized reseller to obtain more content for the product (GTA Online). Sincerely,

The customer states that they purchased a Grand Theft Auto Online Shark Card but that ‘No where on the shark cards does it say for online use only.’  This is not accurate as all Shark Cards are identified as Grand Theft Auto Online in-game items, are marked with the Grand Theft Auto Online logo, and Grand Theft Auto Online is by its very nature online only. This is clear by reviewing the product page at [redacted] which also states “Purchase Shark Cash Cards to gain in-game GTA dollars to spend in GTA Online.” This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and this is our final comment on the case.

[there is no proof provided in the matter, it is simply from a computer program that has provided no proof that I cheated or did anything wrong. As well I was never suspended twice I was suspended once with again no proof just someone saying we can not answer or provide proof. The only thing you have done is simply gave a bunch of fancy words with no proof to any wrong doings. You take no responsibility in your actions. I still want the same resolution as well after contacting yahoo the emails I was sending to the New York news that was sent to me from rockstar was somehow deleted and yahoo is looking into the matter. So again I ask for my account to be unbanned and untouched as it was and I would like to receive a apology letter from the president or vice president to prove they are aware of the continued issues and reports of rockstar abuse continuing Thank you.   ]

I was putting on it for two or three months before I added the shark card with no pain no nothing soon as I had the shark card within 2 hours I'm banned permanently and they won't tell me for sure reason why they said it could be this reason this reason for this reason but they won't tell me for sure why they only have him right after $100 shark card wish now I can't use again and I'm out $100  from reading online this happens to multiple people and this company is a scam they do it because they know they can just make money but not on people use their shirt cards you want to do ban you they don't tell you what it was for then just being you and tell you I can't be appealed even though you just been a hundred dollars on a shark card and $60 on a game this company a bunch of crooks
