 It should not be my fault for walking away for 5 minutes unattended with no one else in my house. What they are telling me is something I have no control over. If a game modder pops on and spawns modded money on my head I can't do anything to stop it. I finally witnessed someone dropping money on my head while I was playing about a week ago. I know it gets you banned and I started running because I don't want modded money. But the damage has already been done and am now possibly looking at a permanent ban now? For something I can't control? Please tell me there's something wrong with this. They should be banning modders not banning other people who have no control of a modder dropping money on their head. And also they are saying that they can't give any info. Info that can help solve any issues. I bought this game from them for PC and you basically can't play without getting banned. I'm sorry there is something wrong with that because once you get banned permanently, the average user would just buy another copy of the game. Rockstar likes this because they make more money by it I see. If you buy a shark card as well I guess it counts as modded money also as I added one and was banned a few days later. $100 money gone and $8,000,000 plus %50 in game gone. They don't care they made the money. At what point will you start to see something fishy here?

There is no support ticket associated with the email associated with the complaint.  If the customer has a support issue we are happy to address it through the support system.  This is our last comment on the matter and the case should be closed and resolved in the company’s favor.

We reviewed the customer's account data and have confirmed that the account was appropriately suspended from GTA Online for violating the game terms and end user license. The customer is temporarily suspended, and has been warned that a permanent ban from online play may result if these actions are...

repeated. The customer's suspension will expire on September [redacted] 2017. This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company.

The patch released by Rockstar game has again broken the game, whenever a gun fight in game is stared in the games performance is completely destroyed and the game is still 100% unplayable. Rockstar has not fixed this game, not by a long shot. These shoddy patches are why people like me are upset, they fix a small problem and add a whole other whopping problem that completely destroys the game. The problem still stands that I am still not able to play and that is unacceptable.

I was playing the GTA V online during the vehicle export DLC where you steal cars store them in your warehouse until you are ready to sell them to a seller and receive the money in your account. I had two cars worth 200,000 me and my friend was delivery and when you pull out the garage the game froze neither car would move or let me out., and not I am out of my game money and need that back which the customer service and tech team was no help whatsoever. I would like to have that 200,000 plus interest back into my account since you have terrible servers.

None of them have worked. Some of them have contradicted themselves to where I've had to block ports that I was previously told to open but this exact support team. I've reached out many times and have followed through with their advice. However their suggestions only come once a week. So far I've had terrible game play issues with GTA 5 online on online mode. I would like to be reach in a timely manner, more than likely over the phone, the email support is inadequate and it does not seem that the support team even follows the thread as it gets passed on from support member to support member. Quite frankly, no one knows what my problem is, so it's news to me that now rockstar is claiming they have it figured out and it must be am issue with my support system? Keep in mind, I'm not the only one experiencing server issues! I've provided screenshots of my network speed, what more proof do I need to prove that the problem lies with the rockstar servers.

This is a support issue that has been handled via support channels.  The customer confirmed that the discs for our product work in another console, which confirms that the issue is with her console.  We have contacted the manufacturer, Sony, on the customer’s behalf.  Sony support confirmed that they contacted the customer on April *, 2016 and are awaiting response.  This issue should be closed in favor of the company and this is our final comment on the matter.

They Have not helped me with this I have not got my refund for the gta 5 games I ask for since they won't fix my account back I have never seen a company with such a bad customer service as Rockstar games they have been rude and mean to me over this The worst customer service in the world . I don't understand why they won't help me with this.

Once again I reject this cop out of an answer. I am not requesting information, I am requesting the customer service I am entitled to. They refuse to acknowledge that I have been unfairly banned in the first place, and cannot tell me why, yet every time I log in to gtao I get a ban. I want their help figuring out why my account is triggering heir anti-cheat so I can fix it and they will not give me the time of day. This is an unacceptable response. I will never buy another Rockstar product again, and will openly encourage boycott against this faceless and unhelpful company. I reported a cheater and now I get banned for it. They wont listen to me, they wont look at my video, they wont do anything to let me defend myself when all I want is for them to acknowledge that they made a mistake and help me fix it so my account doesnt get flagged anymore. I guarentee that the next time I log in I will recieve an unfair ban. I will be sure to record every second of my game play so the community can see them banning people for logging in. I am FAR from the only one who has been banned unfairly. The internet forums reveal  that this issue is very common. The forums also say all over that reporting hackers will get you banned and saying nothing will never cause a problem. I did the honorable thing and reported the hacker who affected me, and I am being punished for trying to help enforce community standards. Because they are so arrogant and dismissive, they  are creating a haven for cheaters and punishing those who report them.Absolutely arrogant responses from the business, non existant customer service and arrogant employees. Never again, Rockstar. This is why gamers are turning against game companies. We are sick of being ignored. You sure didnt have any problem taking my money, though. Three times - ps3, ps4, and pc versions. I transferred my gtao character from ps3 to ps4 and then to pc. Why would I cheat if I cared so much about my character that I paid three times for the same game and same account? Not to mentionall the shark cards I paid for. But never again. Not another dime to this company.

 I have been banned multiple times for, as far as I am aware, for no reason. I am forced to assume accounts are randomly banned in an underhanded attempt to scam and cheat their customers. I will be requesting articles in military newspaper on how Rockstar abuses its' customers and disrespects them when they attempt to gather any information to the contrary, which results in ripping off military members. This will be non negotiable if Rockstar continues down this business path.

after this complaint was closed Rockstar Games ceased all communication with me. My issue was never resolved and they have ignored every attempt I've made to contact them. At this point I would like to just request a refund for the purchase price of the game and for all in game purchases I've made. Since they've ceased communication I'll just cease using their product. A full for the game purchase ($59.99) and the two in game purchases I made ($29.99 &,$29.99) is what I am requesting now

This is a support issue and is being handled via support channels.  We have informed the customer that our records show all in-game funds purchased were successfully deposited on the dates of purchase.  We have requested the customer's transaction history multiple times but the customer has yet to provide it.  This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company.  This is our final comment on this matter.

I have attached screen shots of the conversations I had with several Rockstar representatives. As you can see, the game is marketed as having the online capability. No where on the shark cards does it say for online use only. Anyone would or could presume that it would work offline as well which is the only way I cared to play the game anyway. I never have and never will care to play the game online. Had I initially known from the get go that these would only work online I would have never purchased them. I've tried several means of communication with Rockstar and if you try and call them they hang the phone up before you can speak. Companies like this need light shed on these situations so that they cannot continually take peoples money. This obviously should be settled in the customers favor as the customer NEVER received what he paid for. Rockstar will tell you, I have to create an online account to receive my in game currency. I never created an account and they do not tell you initially that you need an online account.

This is a Support issue and should be handled via support channels.  We have no record of this customer ever contacting us with the information provided in this case.  We have reached out to the customer for more information and they should work with support to resolve their issue....
