No consistent line of communication between me and Rockstar Games has been maintained. I have repeatedly try to contact customer support with no response. Rockstar deleted my character account, not reset it, and they did not even refund my money that I paid for online content. The issue is not resolved, nor settled.

The customer transferred his account from Xbox 360 to Xbox One in June 2015.  The customer has complained to Support about missing in-game cash.  While a review of the account did not indicate any cash is missing, it did reveal extensive cheating by the player relating the cash reported...

We reviewed the customer's account previously and confirmed that his account was appropriately disciplined for cheating by removing modded money and temporarily suspending his account. The customer's ban has expired and the "complaint" is essentially a request for information. We do not provide details on cheating detection. This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company. This is our last comment on this matter.

Our Support team resolved this customer’s issue since the time of this Revdex.com complaint, and the customer hasn’t responded to support correspondence since June [redacted]. This should be resolved in favor of the Company.
