The customer was temporarily banned for two weeks by our anti-cheating system and was informed of the temporary ban via email. The user’s ban has expired since this complaint was filed. This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company. This is our last comment on the case.

We do not provide exact details as it would make it easier for cheaters to abuse our system. The customer's ban has expired and this "complaint" is essentially a request for information. This matter is being properly handled via our Customer Support system.  We have not been able to verify all of the customer's claimed item and in-game currency loss.  The customer was granted a one-time accommodation and gifted in-game funds for the verified losses, but we cannot replace...

any items or in-game funds that cannot be verified.  This case should be closed and resolved in favor of the company.

 The company is providing no proof as to what was done to cheat. I remain firm in my stance I had no cheats or any type of mod menu active at any point. And less proof can be provided of what exactly happened that cause the ban, this case should remain open and not resolved until an appropriate response from the company or compensation is provided. I either want the account unlocked, or $60 refunded to me

The tech support should have been able to help me recover at least one of the 15 save game files but instead of helping me recover my save games his suggestion was to uninstall the game which erases all profile data and then download 65 Gigabytes and reinstall which took over 6 hours. Yes I may have been wrong about the technical details of the software. But the tech support should know how to recover one of the saves that was not corrupted. This problem has reoccurred and I was able to recover a different save and continue playing. Tech Support failed in not using the 5 minute fix. They could have helped me recover the data but instead they had me delete all the data and do a 6 hour reinstall. I didn't need a reinstall. They waist my time.

 This complaint has NOT been resolved to my satisfaction.  Rockstar is charging $60 for access to an online game and then banning access to the content. Rockstar claims to not ban for mods used in the single player portion of the game (the subject of the forum discussion that Rockstar attached to their response) ,  yet that is what they are doing. As for the response from Rockstar,  I have my own screenshots that I can provide to backup MY claims.  However,  these are not relevant here.  What is relevant is that Rockstar has effectively cheated me out of $60. They have blocked my online access and also introduced game breaking bugs in recent patches. These issues affect potentially millions of players. Rockstar also refuses to provide any proof of their claims by their so called cheater flag system.  I am currently in contact with several dozen other players who are having similar problems .  It would be in Rockstar's best interest to resolve these issues before they are involved in class action  litigation.

This customer contacted our Support team about a compromised Social Club account. Since the time of this complaint the issue was resolved. The report should be closed in favor of the Company. This is out final comment.

The customer filed a support request that was difficult to understand due to what appears to be use of a translation program.  With the additional information in his Revdex.com complaint, we now understand the customer is having problems completing two missions within the game and have sent...

instructions on how to properly complete them.  We have reached out to the customer and will resolve the matter via support.  This case should be closed in favor of the company.
