Kudos to xxxxx at Morris Jenkins who was most helpful this week when I had a major problem in this cold weather with no heat due too much rain recently that got in my duct work and prevented the furnace from working He was very knowledgeable and put me in touch with company that got the water out from under my house He then came right back and got the furnace going again He was also very kind and professional

Had a manufacturer's defect issue that took out the upstairs A/C M-J was there same day to get the unit functioning, and returned to replace the defective parts a few days later, no charge AND no paper work - they handled it all Work quickly and professionally performed, everything looks good!

Morris Jenkins technician xxxxx was very professional and very thorough in his work Even though he was here to do the annual heating inspection, we asked him to investigate a sound that we were hearing from the AC unit He spent a considerable amount of time investigating the pressures, temperatures, etcassociated with the AC side of the unit After completing the inspection he assured us that the AC was fine and there were no signs of any problems Subsequently he examined the heater side of the unit and cleaned parts of it
We are very impressed with his thoroughness and the time he took to allay our concerns about the AC and the time he took to thoroughly test, lubricate the heater

We had a very unusual problem with our heat pump. xxxxx was on time. friendly and professional, listened to the history of the problem and diligent in his evaluation of the issue at hand. He kept us informed during the process of his findings and, at the end of his visit, was interested in being certain we knew what he found and what he recommended.
I was extremely pleased with the way our issue was addressed.
Very negative experience trying to schedule a PRIORITY APPOINTMENT. ..PRIORITY appt scheduled 2weeks out......Why even pay for a PRIORITY appointment if you have to schedule with a RUDE REPRESENTATIVE...I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED

xxxxx of Morris Jenkins performed Spring maintenance on our gas pack on 4/4/2015. He was very thorough and spent about 2 hours performing the tasks. He was very knowledgeable and informative of all he did. He was friendly and pleasant. We would be glad to have him return to maintain our gas pack in the future.
Additionally, we have been pleased with everything Morris Jenkins has done for us. We have also purchased a new water heater from them awhile back and are very pleased with the water heater. Morris Jenkins installed the new water heater very promptly and efficiently.
