Started to see my fees hit over 3%! Started digging and found I was being way overcharged. Glad I left them as fees have reduced.

This review is for creditcardprocessing.com which is an ISO for Wells Fargo. So the merchant services provided by creditcardprocessing.com is a joke. Wells Fargo sells or associates with a company that uses deceitful business practices.

No one returns your calls, took forever for payments to clear and be released. They kept wanting to add, adjust terms before releasing payments.

We spoke with our local bank's merchant services provider and he advised we wait 30 days to see what all the fee's would be. We went with CCP thinking the fee's were more competitive then anyone else. After the 30 days we brought our statement to our bank merchant to find out we where back doored over $100 in fee's.

When we called them out on it, they admitted to back dooring the fee's, no resolution, just a go F yourself.

That's there business model, hook, line, sinker. I'm sure as people catch on, there name will change and guess whichever bank is going to partner with them again?!

The representative we helpful and pleasant on the phone. I received my device but have not yet tried to use it, so I cannot comment on the ease of use at this time.

I work with 25 AMPM Store in California and used CreditCardprocessing.com to get our EBT set up. I worked with [redacted] from CreditCardprocessing.com which we have in the pass with two of our AMPM. He helped with getting all our EBT Equipment set up in 13 more stores and get me the BEST Price. I called around to 5 different companies and CreditCardprocessing.com was the best. If I had any question which I always have a lot [redacted] was more then welcome to call me or email me back with a fast response. Plus willing to help out in the future which is hard to get from other companies with out calling customer service and we all know how that goes. If I was going to set up my other store with EBT in the future I would be calling CreditCardprocessing.com to do so. There is no hidden fees, no swiping fee, and best it of all the monthly fee isn't that high at all! BEST company to use!!!!

Review: I called creditcardprocessing.com in July to inquire about their card swiper. I spoke with a man named Brian about it and was told that I could get a swiper for free if I paid the $29 shipping cost. I was told of the rates for the card processing and was also told that there was no contract and no cancellation fee. I received my swiper a week later. I never got around to using it and was very surprised when I was hit with a $12.95 charge the first month. I was even more surprised when I was then hit with a $27.95 fee for the next two months, but then came the $57.95 and finally the $159.95 fee which included an annual renewal fee that I was never made aware of. When I called customer service, I was so kindly made aware that my bill was so high due to the annual fee and that it was listed in my contract. This was the first time I was even made aware of the fact that there was a contract, let alone that I signed one. I am being billed an extra $25 due to an issue with my bank. Today I received a collections letter stating that I had 10 days to pay by money order or my credit would be at risk; the letter was dated December 5th, exactly 10 days ago.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for all fees due to the fact that I was never made aware of them, nor was I ever made aware of the fact that I had signed a contract. That, certainly, was news to me.

Review: Needed to process Credit Card. Applied, was told we were denied. I was contacted two days later and told to sign here electronically. Have waited since the 13th of November (last electronic mail) for some kind of confirmation. Want to ensure that our information is DELETED from their servers.Desired Settlement: We want to make sure our information is deleted from their Systems. We are making arrangement for merchant account with our local bank.

This customer contacted our organization for information on starting a merchant account to accept credit cards. The sales representative detailed rates, fees, and the specifics of the program. The customer completed a merchant application and was subsequently approved for a merchant account. The customer informed us that they wished to cancel their merchant account. The processor, Ignite Payments, has been instructed to terminate the account per the customer's request.

We signed up with this company as we own a roofing and renovations company. We have worked with them for about 2 months now and have had no issues until they flagged a purchase and requested all types of information and paperwork to have the almost $7000 in charges released. We submitted everything requested and eventually were told that unless we had our customer sign a new contract without any warranty information, they would not release the funds. We are a roofing company. What kind of customer would sign a contract stating that they have no extended warranty? Clearly we would not ask that of any customer and refunded the customer's payment until we are set up with a new company. I was told then by the risk management department that they do not work with any companies that provide extended warranties. My issue is not that they have this policy, but that it was never asked if we provided them in our business. As a construction company, clearly we do and we would never have gone through the stress and frustration of this situation. They need to ask the correct questions from the beginning, BEFORE signing people up for their services to ensure this does not happen to other companies. If you are a company that provides anything beyond a 90 day warranty, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I spoke to several of the top card processors, as well as the one I have been using for 23 years - I was most impressed with the helpful, knowledgeable service and excellent rates I was given by Creditcardprocessing.com.

My sales representative Tony is excellent. Our account was approved with no hassle. Great job! Keep it up!

Review: In order to close my account in mid-november 2014, I had to submit a form. I returned the form with a typed signature. After not hearing back from them, I assumed my account had been closed. To my surprised, one month later I received a bill in the mail so I asked my former rep for clarification. He said that I had to hand sign the form and that they would refund previous charges. Ok, I returned the form with a hand signature on December 15th, 2014, so I was surprised to receive another bill in January 2015. I reached out and my rep confirmed that my account had not been closed but he could not tell me why.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the fees they charged and my account to be permanently closed by the close of this week.

We regret this customer's negative experience. Because the service we provide is financial in nature, we require a physical signature on our closure forms. It appears the original closure form we received did not have this physical signature. We can confirm that this account is closed. $19.95 was refunded back to the customer's checking account on 1/14. A refund has been requested for an additional $39.90, which should deposit into the customer's checking account in the next 7 to 10 business days.

Very good overall all experience. Tony Bolduc was knowledgable,and communicated to me what I needed to know. I would definitely Recommend this company to those looking for a merchant processing company for their business.

Review: Dear Mediator,I would like to use this platform to make a formal complaint against this company and their practices. I recently create a renovation company "Best In Renovation", and I was contacted by an agent named Jay. He was harassing me everyday offering me this service that at the beginning was very interesting due that as a business-owner I want to provide different methods of payment to my clients for a better convenience to them. I told jay that I want to try out and pretty much, thats all he want me to do for now try it we begin by setting my account and we never actually finished to set up the account due that I didn't with have with me my bank account number, but he told me not to worry that I give him the account number another day since I wasn't in my office, but that my account was only needed of my bank account number to activated.I never heard about Jay no more, never followed up or whatsoever, I left like that assuming that since my account wasn't activated then I don't have nothing to worry aboutrecently I've been receiving a bill of $70.90 supposedly own to the company. when I called the company and I explain my situation they told me in fact my account was activated but they only need my bank account number. How my account can be activated and I haven't even set my bank account number with them??if , I make any transaction where the money is going to go, again how can be activated? They told me nothing can be done. The customer contacted our company, and was then contacted

by an account representative who went over the rates and fees of

our merchant services.

The customer then provided their personal and proprietary information

to the representative to prefill an electronic application and begin

the approval/activation process. The application was sent over

for the customer to review at which point they are able to do

an "e-signature" with their mouse and they then answer

security questions based on their personal history pulled from

public records. The full agreement was available to print out

via PDF. They were also sent a copy of the agreement and program guide on

a CD with more details on their live, active merchant account.

Further, the merchant was sent an email explaining when the billing would

begin. We have requested this account be

closed per the customer’s request and have requested a refund of $70.90 in

service fees which should deposit into the customer’s checking account in the

next 7 to 10 business days.

The fees in question were refunded back to the customer on 10/28. The account is closed and no further fees are owed.

I joined creditcardprocessing.com in June. The gentleman I spoke with went over all the "charges" with me and assured me on exactly what I was getting and what I was paying. Well here it is I got my second invoice and now comes the misc charges. Lol so much for honesty I only got the bait and switch. Shop around before you buy into their services.
