I am rejecting this response because:
I reached out to Brett on January 4 and asked that this account be closed.  He sent me an email on 1/11 asking for a copy of my driver's license.  I again informed h** that I wanted my account closed as I have never been able to use the account. I was never given a portal.  He finally sent me a closure form which I completed and emailed back to the email address on the form.   On or around February 3, my account was debited $106.95 for an annual fee and a customer service processing fee.  I also incurred a $35 overdraft fee on my account.  I contacted credit card processing again on 2/3 and was advised that the account would be closed and that I would receive a refund.  I continued to receive emails from Ignite payments.  I contacted them on 2/10 asking if this account had been closed as I initially requested over a month ago. I was told they had no request.  Again, I contacted credit card processing and spoke with K** who advised me there was nothing on file stating the account to be closed.  I sent her all the email communications between myself and Brett, the completed closure form and also my bank statement showing the charges.  To date, I have not received a refund for these charges.

beware of fraudulent scammers = iPayments (aka Wells Fargo) and creditcardprocessing.com. Absolute one of the worst customer in every single department they have, complete liars, and they will deny everything and be extremely rude about it. They will open an accoaunt without your consent and charge you fees every month unless you catch it but they then make it extremely difficult to even get any refunds back. Both companies are scammers, business owners Avoid them! I really regret going with these total sm sh*theads .

It is a pleasure dealing with these folks. Their pricing is fair. Their statements are

understandable. And, their employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

Let me start by saying this is the first time EVER I have taken the time to write a review! That being said, I recently signed a merchant contract with Tony at Credit Card Processing.com. When I say I have had to deal with what I call the "used car salesman approach" to sales in the past. I couldn't make up a worse chain of events.I only joined CCP because of the casual but very professional and informative approach they maintan. I am extremely happy with the prompt attention my application was given. Their customer service is top notch. This company really is the hole package. I would recommend checking them out and gauge the operation for yourself.

Good service

I've had great experiences working with CreditCardProcessing.com while using their IpaymentPOS solution.

I've work for two apparel companies (sister companies that often work in conjunction with each other in one fashion or another) and I needed to test the waters of Point of Sales software solutions for a trade show that happened around the tail end of January. I reached out to a sales rep and they were able to give me extensive demos, answered questions and even escalated any higher technical questions to a qualified programmer who could alleviate my concerns or show me the needed solution for my business.

After the success of managing the show via their solution I signed up my second sister company for the same service and in a very short time span CreditCardProcessing.com was able to implement a second store front for me so I could deploy both companies to different trade shows on a regular basis but had one management tool for both stores.

While this may be a unique situation to our particular endeavors, CCP.com showed they were willing and eager to execute to all of our needs in the tight time frame given.

We're a small to midsize business which I feel relevant to point out because despite or modest size they treated us with the same service I'd have expected if we were buying hundreds of devices to deploy.

Review: I first filed a complaint about this company around 12/10/14. They responded to the complaint on 12/12/14 stating they were issuing a refund of $204.36 that I would see in my account in 7-10 business days. As of today, 5 1/2 weeks later, I have still not seen the refund. Not a company I would ever recommend!Desired Settlement: They said they were going to refund me $204.36, then they should do what they said they were going to!

There was a deposit of $105.36 on one day and another deposit for $99 on another day. They do not say they were from Creditcardprocessing.com, but they must be.

I was looking for an honest no contract merchant service provider and I called CreditCardProcessing.com and got [redacted] on the phone and he was really helpful and set me up with a swiper that I love! When I called him with a simple question on my account he was so helpful.

Jonathan is wonderful to work with. He is very helpful, accommodating and resolves any issue quickly. It is hard these day to find someone who gives great customer service, but I can say, Jonathan is the best! I would not hesitate to recommend him to any business owner and to assist you in helping to grow your business.

Review: I contracted with this merchant back on March. I never got any resolution regarding the matter of getting my funds from them posted to my account. I emailed them several times, until I got fed up and talked with them that they needed to cancel my account with them. They do not follow up and are very bad at getting issues resolved. Would never recommend this merchant to anyone looking to accept credit cards. I need to get funds credited to my clients immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like to get these crooks to refund my clients ASAP.

Please move this complaint to iPayment’s profile. The decision regarding the holding of the funds for this merchant is made by the Loss Prevention/Security Team of iPayment. Our role in the sales process with this merchant isto explain the rates and fees associated with credit card processing and the equipment used for said credit card processing. We then assist the merchant through the application, underwriting and boarding process of their merchantapplication and merchant account install. At that point, they have a merchant account with iPayment and all debiting and crediting and holding of funds are handled and determined by iPayment and we have no control over such decisions. We can confirm this customer's funds have been released. iPayment has advised this customer to reverse the funds back to the cardholder.

I called indecisive about getting a device from you guys but speaking to Steve completely settled me. He was very proffesional, knowledgable and patiently walked me through the process. He always responded to my voicemails and answered all my questions. After I recieved my merchandise Steve called following up to ensure that I had recieved it. Customer service I would say is 5 stars Stellar....

creditcardprocessing.com is the best. I applied for 2 merchant accounts for my business. one for online transactions and 1 for on the go transactions with my smartphone. With in 24 hours after I applied for the merchant accounts I got approved for both of them. Which made my business boom. I as already getting new customers to my business. And I got paid really quick. Jason Youmatz was my rep with creditcardprocessing.com and he was the best. He helped me along the way and is still helping me anytime I have any questions. if you need credit card processing I highly recommend creditcardprocessing.com and when you call them ask for Jason Y. you will not be disappointed.

Review: I got a card reader called iPayment (roam) from them, there were many % listed about this and that to take out. I was dealing with [redacted]Senior Sales ConsultantCreditcardprocessing.comOffice: ###-###-#### Ext 219Fax: ###-###-####[redacted][email protected] explained everything to me, I thought I understood the fees etc, that the % taken out of each transaction would cover their cost, I got it and got started. I had a question again about fees etc after I received the card so called the number given, and the lady told me it would cost 4.95 bank statement each month, then on top of that 15.00....I can't remember all her fancy words of why. But I didn't expect to pay 20.00 a month to use their card. I wouldn't have gotten it as I can't afford anything extra right now. I looked at my bank statement, and out of the two purchases I put on amounting to $56.82, they pulled out in three seperate transactions; $7.95, $12.90, $18.37 amounting to $39.17. That's about 90% of what I made. I work hard to make and sell my product, and I'm trying to get it off the ground. I don't enjoy being taken advantage of. I called their office, they were "out for remodeling" I emailed [redacted] a couple more times, asking them to refund everything! I sent all their stuff back too. I haven't received an answer, it is over the weekend, and a holiday on Monday.....so we'll see. I trusted themm to tell me all of the small print I couldn't understand, going over it with them, but this was not mentioned, or in a way that I understood.They also have a sister company called "Flagship" I don't recommend either to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund to my account (which I gave them so the card could deposit to my checking account) all they took out. I have to stretch every penny, so I need every penny.

We regret that this

merchant did not fully understand all of the terms of the agreement.

The customer contacted our company, and was then contacted

by an account representative who went over the rates and fees of

our merchant services.

The customer then provided their personal and proprietary information

to the representative to prefill an electronic application and begin

the approval/activation process. The application was sent over

for the customer to review at which point they are able to do

an "e-signature" with their mouse and they then answer

security questions based on their personal history pulled from

public records. The full agreement was available to print out

via PDF. They were also sent a copy of the agreement and program guide on

a CD with more details on their live, active merchant account.

Further, the merchant was sent an email explaining when the billing would

begin. The accounts we were able to locate do not actually show any credit

card transactions were run. However, we

have requested a refund of the $20.85 in service fees we are showing in our

system. These should deposit into the

customer’s checking account in the next 7 to 10 business days.

Review: I set up my credit card processing service with this company in June. As stated by my sales rep my charges of $12.90 per month. My first statement came in and it was 100% accurate, $12.90. Every statement I have received since then have been so random. My most recent statement now has a $129 fee that was of course never discussed either. I have emails from my sales rep that states my monthly fees as stated above. I have had contact with the company on several occasions. I had Asked the different reps. to explain the charges to me and half the time they tell me different excuses. I have also been charged a monthly fee for not completing a questionnaire. I really feel that this company has given me a bait and switch and now they won't hold up there end of the bargain.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the misc. charges that was never agreed upon when my service was set-up.
