CreditCardProcessing.com Reviews (273)

Very quick and simple application and approval. Ryan walked me through the application while on the phone. Explained everything so I understood exactly what I needed and what to expect. Jonathan, my consultant, followed up the next day with my approval and what to expect next. They are genuinely wanting you to succeed in your business.

My customer rep was very helpful!

Review: I am a new business and was looking for merchant services with low costs. I came across creditcardprocessing.com and called to inquire about their services. The sales consultant went over the pricing and merchants fees with me. I agreed to what we discussed and thought it would work out for my business. The application form was done online and emailed to me. It was not until a month after I found out that I had 2 separate accounts which carried their own fees. I am only one business. I don't know why the sales person opened 2 seperate accounts. I was not aware of that and would have never agreed to all those fees! This company also charges an annual compliance service fee of $99 per account. If I was told about this fee, I would have never applied! I am a new business and I am trying to keep my costs low. I didn't see that fee in the agreement until it was pointed out by their third party source. I signed up with them 8/24/15 and cancelled on 10/5/15. Within 42 days I was charged not only the monthly service fees, which I don't have a problem with, but $99 annual compliance fees twice for the 2 seperate accounts. This is absurd because I haven't even been able to use their services yet and I'm debited all these fees. I have disputed the fees and they have already sent me to collections. On top of it all, they debited my account again on 11/4/15 for a monthly service fee when I cancelled the account on 10/5/15 and confirmed the cancellation. This company is very misleading and not telling customers of all their charges.Desired Settlement: I will pay what I was informed of, which are the monthly statement fees. I should not be charged the annual compliance fees. First, I was completely not informed of this fee. Second, how can they charge me annual fees when I've only been with them for 42 days? It doesn't make sense.

Response:

We regret that this

merchant did not fully understand all of the terms of the agreement.

The customer contacted our company, and was then connected to an

account representative who went over the rates and fees of our merchant services. The customer then

provided their personal and proprietary information to the

representative to prefill an electronic application and begin the

approval/activation process. The application was sent over for the

customer to review at which point they are able to do

an "e-signature" with their mouse and they then answer

security questions based on their personal history pulled from

public records. The full agreement was available to print out

via PDF. This customer's most recent service fees were not successfully debited, which generated a collections balance of $289.80, which he have requested be waived.

I have a start up base in Florida. CreditCardProcessing.com was able to help us setup and get started with processing credit card payments in a easy and timely manner. The reps are also very helpful and extremely patient. I only dealt with the company reps a few times on the phone but the few times no complaints, unlike some big banks which we were initially using bad idea, check out [redacted]

Great to work with....

Thanks for your hard work Jason.....

Review: After being charged with hidden fees, I talked to my merchant representative and was told that I would be refunded but that I would still be responsible for the overdraft fee for my card. I sent for the second time my letter to close my account on November 26th. After not hearing anything about my account being closed I called my merchant representative and was told he was working on getting my account closed but that I would not be charged for next month. A couple of days later I got a letter from my bank stating I had an overdraft of $139.90 and have incurred another overdraft fee. I spoke to my merchant representative and was told that he would credit my account so I do not owe anything but they would not be able to refund me my overdraft fee. My rep was reluctant to let me speak to a manager and all I got was someones voice mail that didn't state who they were and of course never got a response from them. I was originally told that I would only have a $7.95 fee every month. Never had a problem with my merchant rep calling me back when setting up my account but now can not get returned emails or phone calls for the life of me, Once I found out that I was actually going to be charged 40 dollars a month I have had approximately 20+ phone calls and several emails to the company and my rep with no responses.Desired Settlement: I would like my account cleared so that I do not have a collections agency coming after me and I am asking for only 1 overdraft fee to be given back to me in the amount of 30 dollars.

Response:

We regret this customer's negative experience. All rates and fees were disclosed during the application process. The rates and fees were sent to the merchant for review before they performed an e-signature to accept the terms. We also regret this customer's communication issues with their representative, which are not indicative of our practices. The collections balance referenced in this post has been waived.

Review: This company took roughly around $1250 of my money. They didnt deposit the payments into my account. Authorize.net showed them that the payments were submitted and were successfully processed. I will be seeking legal help. I'm a small business owner who cannot afford to lose $1250. These people robbed me. These 4 payments were processed on a Thursday night (early Friday) and here it is Tuesday night and they are telling me that I cannot get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my $1250 returned to me.

Business

Response:

We are sorry to hear of this customer's negative experience. However, we contacted Authorize.net on this customer's behalf. They indicated to us that the $1250 sale the customer references is not showing in their system. iPayment, the credit card processor that controls our customers' debits and credits claims they do not show the $1250 transaction the customer references. As well, the notes in iPayment's database indicate the customer acknowledged on 3/4 that no funds are being held and that all funds have posted.

Regards,

The agent I worked with at creditcardprocessimg.com was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. I am not the most tech savvy person so he called to check in to see that everything was working well for me.

I had a very positive experience from the beginning. Dylan, the representative assigned to our account has been very helpful, informative, and accurate. He made the entire process very easy for us. I am very happy with the customer service that has been provided.

I am still in the process of setting up our credit card service, but I am very pleased with the service I have gotten so far. My rep, Tony, has been very responsive to my needs with very timely call-backs and/or e-mails. I would certainly recommend this company to my friends.

Review: I became a member of creditcardprocessing.com in jan 2015I cancelled because my current cc provider lowered their costs. I sent in an email to R[redacted]@creditcardprocessing.com. He said he would take care of it. to cancel my service on 2-3-15...no response.. I was charged 32.95 again..7.95 per month and a $25 min. because I never used the service. 3-1-15 again I was charged $32.95 Emailed R** again said he wold handle it. I thought this was taken care of. until I looked at my statmeent last month and noticed they are still whacking me for $32.95/month THIS IS A SCAM. HARD TO CANCEL! I WANT A FULL REFUND. RIP OFF!!Desired Settlement: WOULD LIKE FULL REFUND SINCE FEB 2015 at $32.95/MONTH

Response:

We are sorry to hear of this customer's negative experience. For security purposes, we require signed authorization from the business owner or signer of the account in order to cancel a merchant account. It does not appear the signed authorization was initially received in this case. We can confirm this account is closed. As a courtesy, we have requested a refund of $257.85 in service fees. This refund should deposit into the customer's checking account in the next 7 to 10 business days.

Review: On 3/28/2014, I contacted Creditcardprocessing.com to obtain a merchant account. On 5/5/2014 I was charged a fee of $32.95 for this merchant account. This fee was higher than was stated by the sales rep, but I let it go. Then, In May I received a letter about PCI compliance and that I would be responsible for an annual fee of $99, again never explained to me. Then in Mid May, I received my first credit card charge, which I was told the fees would be 1.95% plus .25% for high risk. However, I was charged 4.05%. After calling the processor they informed me the rate was 4.05 % and I needed to speak to my sales rep.On, May 23, I sent my rep a month to month addendum, that he explained to me, that this would remove the 12 month contract to a month to month. He never sent a countered signed copy back. On 5.27, I submitted a request to close both my Swipe account and ecommerce account with them. The representative I spoke to told me that the swipe account would need a form and would take 3-5 day. The ecommerce account could be closed the same day, I just needed to speak to my sales rep. I completed the form and the swiped account was closed the next day. I also spoke to my rep and sent the form for the ecommerce site, and it has yet to be closed. I have now incurred another month of fees, and will be charged a compliance fee if this account is not closed. My Sales Rep Brain Crook will no longer respond to my phone calls or email. His last response was that he forwarded my request to the appropriate departments. That was on 5/29.Desired Settlement: Return of all fees since account opening as well as future fees that will be charged for their lack of responsiveness, and closure of my account. I have incurred a total of $115.63 in fees.

Worst company I ever dealt with. Impossible to get somebody on the phone. Debited my bank account over 5,000 dollars without saying a word to me. Asked me to jump through hoops to prove my services. Don't have the time to deal with these thieves. Still waiting on a call back. Has been days, no one has contacted me, had to go through there bank to refund every charge I ever made to get credited just so I don't have to deal with these people. Brainless scam artist mns.

This company promised in writing to give me a free 30 day trail service . I would only pay for the transaction that were successfully processed. Besides failing to process the only credit card purchase I submitted, the company withdrew money from my checking account. I will never never use this company again.

It took me a while to decide who I wanted to settle with to handle all of my credit card transactions because every company wants to make it sound like they're offering you the best rates. CreditCardProcessing.com was able compare and beat all of the other offers I received. They were also able to provide me the fairest price on my EMV-compliant terminal.

To be honest, it was quite a rocky start in the beginning but my sales representative and the support team was there to assist every step of the way. Ultimately, I'm looking forward to a long term relationship with this company.
