I am rejecting this response because:I have yet to see a refund on my credit card. I contacted the credit card company that I used and they show nothing pending from Cupshe. I did not think they would refund my money due to the (over 1,000) reviews/complaints I viewed online stating that they do not send merchandise, return emails and phone calls, nor refund money.
Can the Revdex.com help me figure out if there is a class action lawsuit against this company? Or how I can help to make sure that this company does not scam other consumers? Thank You!

I have sent them three requests of the product info that I want...
exchanged and they act like they have not received this from me before. I want them to be more understanding and to go above and beyond to make it right. I want the exchange done with a new one promptly. the only reason they finally responded is because I got the Revdex.com involved. I have followed there rules about exchange and the list of options they sent do not help me at all
