I purchased clothing from Cupshe online on March 10, The items arrived month later and did not fitI attempted to contact the company on several attempts via email and phone numbers listed to return itemsno answer to calls and no response to email there was no receipt sent with items, but I noticed my account had been charged on March 10th phone numbers listed for this company are 1- [redacted] from 8am to 1pm and 6pm- 11pm, 1- [redacted] email is [email protected]

I placed an order with CupShe for three bathing suits on Friday, July On Saturday, July I received an email from CupShe stating that "All of the items from order # [redacted] have now been shipped" with "VIP Free Expedited Shipping 5-Days (AVG Days)." On Monday, July 9, the full payment for these items ($73.44) was drafted from my bank account There was nothing unusual up to that point It is now Wednesday, July and not only have my items not been shipped, nor have they arrived to my destination, but my online CupShe account is showing that the order was "paid" and "fulfilled," which is clearly has not! In the twelve days that have now passed, I have sent five emails to someone named "Mon" to inquire about the status of my order The last of those emails was to demand a full refund for merchandise not received I have received vague responses from the customer service representative, including offering me a $voucher for future use and an excuse about how it's a busy

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have received the order, however one of the items in the order needs to be exchangedI followed the procedure listed on Cupshe's website by submitting an email request to Customer Service to initiate the exchange on February 26th, I sent a second email on February 28th after not receiving a responseI reached out to the company via Facebook Messenger on March 2nd after having still not received a response via emailThe cost for the item needing to be exchanged is $As I have stated in my message to customer service, this is somewhat time sensitive as these items are needed by March 23rd, Regards, [redacted] ***

I have sent multiple emails regarding my order First, the order was very late, and one email I received stated "if the tracking info still has no info update after two weeks, we are bound to refund partially to you as compensation"Items took longer than two weeks without tracking update informationWhen I inquired about this I did not receive an email back from customer service Once I finally did receive the items, they did not match the description/photos on the websiteI am looking to return/refund the items

I ordered a sweatshirt on September 9, On September 19, I emailed their customer service because I had not received a shipping confirmation emailI received an email response stating that I had not received a shipping confirmation email because of a "system bug" but was reassured that the item was "on it's way"The English in their correspondence is broken and not grammatically correct so, I assume I am dealing with a company that is not native to USA, even though they list a NJ address I emailed again on October 2, 2016, stating that I still had not received the item or any additional correspondenceI also requested a refund as I am no longer intetested in the itemAs of today, October 9, 2016, I have not yet received a response Since placing my order, I have researched this business and understand that I am not alone in being scammed by Cupshe.comIn the future, I will never order from an unknown business without first reading customer reviews...lesson learned!

I ordered a shirt and did not receive a confirmation email, their site says you will receive one, so I have no way to track my orderI emailed two different emails for this company and got no responseI went on their pinterest site and commented on the post and got no response I went to their Facebook page and sent them a private message and got no responseI tried calling the phone number they listed, which is a New Jersey landline number, and it just rings never goes to a voicemail or teleprompter, and sometimes it would just hang upThey took out my payment via PayPal, so I filed a complaint on thereTheir facebook and pinterest page and website needs to be shutdownI have since seen several other people complain about paying and ordering from them, but never getting a confirmation email, shipping email, or response, or the product!
