I was looking to return the item and I have requested them to send me my order number, on multiple occasions, to file a return and refund on their website. You cannot file for a refund unless you have the order number. I need them to provide me the order number and information so I can return the item for a refund.

I do want to add that I find it interesting that the company didn't respond to either of my emails from last week until after they were notified by the Revdex.com of my complaint. I thank the Revdex.com for assisting in getting me a refund. To Cupshe, I will NOT do business with you again and will tell everyone not to as well.
