However, the item was so late in arriving (and to be honest I had no idea if it was ever coming because I never received a confimation receipt) that I no longer need the item I purchased and will never purchase through this company again!

notified our technique department to fix the problem. We're regretted that current processing time for an order is longer than expected due to large volume of orders. For some most popular products as you ordered would sometimes confronted a temporary inventory crisis which will further delay the shipping. We couldn't apologize much more for any disappointment. We have cancelled your order and fully refunded to your card on October 10th. You will receive a refund notification from your bank after they processed the money. It will depend on the bank's processing time to notify. If there's any further questions regarding the refund, please feel free to let us know.

I am rejecting this response because:
thats nice that you nailed it however I never received the package. I attempted countless times to contact your company by telephone, e-mail and even chat. It wasn't till recently that I contacted Revdex.com that's when you decided to reply to me and state the package was shipped and received. Again I never received the package. I never got an email confirmation after purchasing the item. You sent me an email yesterday asking for the name in the order and stated you did not have my email or name on file... how can you claim you mailed it to my when you have no clue who I am? This company is so unorganized I regret doing business with cupshe as you guys are unethical/ unprofessional on how you business. I would like my item or a full refund ASAP! The order was placed Oct 8th. We are going on a month now. How will you resolve this?

I am rejecting this response because: on 10/16/16 I requested a full refund as the item was no longer needed (purchased another item locally as it was needed for immediate use) and as of 10/16/16 I had not been notified that the item had yet shipped.

order number so that we can process your refund quickly.  To save you return postage, we ask you to donate the items to a local church or a charitable foundation as a good will for Cupshe, rather than ship the goods back to us.

receive a partial refund for the items purchased. I did receive a $24 refund, which was less than HALF of the amount of the transaction. This company purposely delays the refund process in hopes that you will abandon your desire to return the items. IF you do get a response you will never receive a full refund and this is never stated in their policy. I never would have made this purchase in the first place had they been transparent about their returns process.
