The suit I was sent that I did not order was returned on 07/03. Credit has not been received for return shipping on an item I did not order & did not want.

I am rejecting this response because:
First, I want to thank you. After filing the complaint cupshe reached out to me finally via e-mail at 3am. However, only provided a tracking link for fed ex ignoring my request for refund. They tried to tell me it was delivered 4/14 which is untrue. The link provided for tracking states it made it to Minot, ND but was returned to shipper due to incorrect address but the address given was in deed correct after double checking twice. It then shows it's finally delivery being 4/14 as she stated, in Rowland's, CA which is worlds apart from where I am.  Thank you again for helping me. Sincerely, [redacted]
