Not recommended. No customer service support even after several emails. Never received my order or any communications whatsoever. Filed a claim with [redacted]. No phone number listed on the site. A search of the internet did disclose a phone number but it was a recording and a "full" mailbox.

customer has filed complain on this transaction and we are unable to issue a partial refund. Customer must cancel complaint with [redacted] before we can issue partial refund.

The customer reversed the [redacted] charge before we refunded. This is why she did not see the refund when I issued it; she got her money back 2/**. Our system OK'd the refund because it saw that the money was already refunded. Attached please find the screen shot of our [redacted] account indicating that the charge was reversed. I understand that we took too long to ship but I am not sure what outcome the customer wants when she already got her money back months ago, and is saying she is still waiting for her refund. We cannot double-refund her.

Customers order was received 05/**/2014 and refunded on 6/**/2014 with refund transaction [redacted] for 159.00.

I am sorry for the bad experience you had with this purchase. Our records show we received the product back and issued you a full refund on 3/**. Please let us know if you have any further concerns, and please accept our sincere apologies.

This order is 4 years old, customer doesn't show up in our system. We are unable to determine if the customer downloaded software which caused this problem.We will not honor any return. We can offer a 15% off coupon code.

I would like to first apologize for the service you received and will do my best to have this issue resolved. 
I show your order number#[redacted] was received under UPS tracking#[redacted] and a refund was issued. However, for order number...

#[redacted] we have no signs that the package was shipped back under tracking#[redacted]. 
I understand you state you mailed the items back together in one box, but after speaking to UPS they state that isn't possible due the label created for your return would not have covered the shipping cost. For both orders the label to ship the item back would have need to be 12lbs.
For order#[redacted] the 3 items weighed in at 7lbs and that's weight of the returned package based on UPS information (see attached) 
Is it possible you may have not included the second item in your return?

directly by Daily Steals regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The person responding to my inquiries stated that the warranty was only 90 days.  I responded back to him that the warranty was, indeed, 1 year and I had a copy of the website description that I printed when I ordered the computer that plainly stated there was a one year warranty in two different places.  I have not heard anything more, and true to what I was told by my computer guy, the computer finally crashed and I was not able to boot up or restore it, so I am on a new computer and the one from Daily Steals is dead now and I am cheated out of my money for my purchase.
I am resigned to the fact that I was duped by this farce of a company, but I would like to do my part to be sure that they are not able to continue to operate and keep ripping people off.  I realized too late after reading complaints on the web about Daily Steals that they are a sham operation.  Live and learn, I guess, too late.

Customer was already refunded

I purchased two monitors from Daily steals so that I could have matching monitors. One arrived with a damaged base and the screen was burnt out. I contacted them on April [redacted] regarding an exchange or refund. On April 9th I received word from their customer service rep to "allow up to ten business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the supplier to contact us with a resolution. Once I have received a response, I will contact you. I will be sure to resolve this matter as soon as possible." On April [redacted] I emailed them again asking for an update. On April [redacted] I contacted them again to let them know that if I didn't hear from anyone after the [redacted] day that I would report them to Revdex.com and dispute the charge with my credit card company. No response from them. I'm out $179 until my credit card company decides that I was ripped off by this sham of a company. There is no telephone number to contact customer support and they're non-responsive to emails. I will never buy from them again and would not recommend purchases from this "company" to anyone, unless you want to throw your money away. Now I'm stuck with one working monitor and having to find a match.
