[redacted] frustrations with a store credit. Since the store credit requires a signature from the direct party, it was not mailed to the [redacted] address. It was re-routed to store 315 which is in Daly City, CA. Our Regional Director, Scott S[redacted], offered to send the credit to a store more convenient for her where she would need to present an ID and sign for the merchandise credit. She requested we mail it again without a signature requirement which Bed Bath & Beyond does not feel comfortable for the protection of our customers. If she would like to arrange something, she can reach back out to Scott S[redacted] at [redacted]

After investigating the complaint, the reason for tracking# [redacted] being invalidated is because there was another submission tracking# [redacted] under [redacted] with the same purchase/receipt in the same household. This was successfully processed for a $100 gift card (2 $50 rebates awards) for the purchase of 2 Sonicare products. Therefore the rebate tracking# [redacted] was invalidated.   The rebate campaign is for the "Purchase Select Phillips Sonicare products at Bed Bath & Beyond to receive up to $70 Bed Bath & Beyond Visa Prepaid Card". The 2 Diamond Clean 9700 Lunar products purchased were entitled to $50 each, which was combined into 1 card and sent to the customer, totaling $100. We hope this was enough clarification and we do apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.   Please reference the attachment for our rebate form and the 2 submissions.   As of today, we consider this complaint closed.   Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: Michael or you did a false claim. Dishonest!The issue being not resolved was not due to the phone being disconnected. I did not accept Michael's offer, and he (or we) hang up. I also asked Michael to refer corporate office about my check request. He just kept saying local store has no ability to issue a check, but did not responded about corporate issuing a check. (diverting technique?)You cancelled my order. I can accept as you have the right to sell or not. However, you knowingly not to refund me upon cancelling my order. The local customer service Steven even rejected my request. I believe a dishonest enterprise should learn a lesson. Since Michael chose not to refer my check request to corporate office, or corporate office chose to cover thing up and said the phone was disconnected. I can make my check request again: please issue a check of $359.99, then void the gift card you sent, which I told Michael I did not accept this resolution.

They should have some kind of security measures in place as do other large companies. I feel I am entitled to the offer as listed under Bed Bath and Beyond Inc.
