We have reached out to the customer to resolve this complaint and our decision to terminate the agreement has not changedWe have addressed the customer's concerns, and we have offered the customer options for his 12-month contract and to work with him to improve various parts of the campaignThe customer agreed to the terms of the advertising agreement which included a 40% buyout to discontinue the service immediatelyAs an alternative, we had offered to reduce the duration of the contract as we work with him to boost the performance of the campaign.?

We have been actively working with this customer on resolution, and per her request she is cancelled with no further payments dueWe can not offer a refund since we have provided services rendered as promisedIn fact, we have over delivered? on our guaranteed actions per month with almost actions per month at no additional costUnfortunately our manager had an emergency family situation this morning and was out of the office and unable to make the scheduled call with the customer todayWhen we notified the customer of this, she asked for us to not contact her againSince we cannot resolve this account without contact, our manager will try to reach her again when she is back in the office?

We’re sorry that the customer had a negative experience with usWe partner with KHOU to sell banner advertising on their website, which is one component of the marketing package which was purchasedOn 3/25/2016, the customer signed a month contract that states our company as DataSphereSince then we have actively tried to engage with this company, but they missed their 3/consultation call, and did not review/approve their video scriptWe did have some temporary staffing issues so she may have had trouble reaching us via phone, and we sincerely apologize for that Since we were unable to work with this customer on their marketing package, we have cancelled their account and issued a full refundWe’re sorry that we were not able to be of service to this

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I'm am still waiting for a refund of $Maybe it's because of all the businesses I do business with are NORMALLY ones that stand behind a 100% satisfaction or 100% money back if not satisfied guaranteeMajor US corporation's like Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Lowe's and the list goes onApparently Datasphere offers 0% customer satisfaction guarantee and 0%? money back if you are not satisfied.? So, I am still looking for $to be returned to the bank account that it came from...Am I asking too Much? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While my bank account tied to the credit card I gave this service does reflect the two $debits, there is nothing showing that reflects that they have credited the account tied to my card.? I will say that I requested the bank cancel (and destroy) my credit card originally tendered to this business for the services at issue, I have read numerous [redacted] complaints from consumers like myself that says the person that wrote to me (see copied text below) - Erma - never comes thru on promises made to other scammed business consumers like myself.? We have not seen proof of this promised $refund, and the email says it has "set your account to cancel" instead of stating it was, in fact, cancelled.? There are too many complaints from other consumers regarding this fraudulent company that state that Erma promised them specific resolutions to their complaint, and that, in fact, those resolutions did not occur.? Consequently, this complaint will not be satisfied unless and until this "bad" company sends a check to me immediately and that check clears or my bank is successful at contacting this business for fraud and negotiating the return of my money debited from my checking account.?
