We're sorry to hear that our customer is no longer interested in our advertising packageWe received her request to cancel but we typically need hours to process cancellations, and it has been only a few hours (business time)We've gone ahead and cancelled the agreement per request, and we've

We called the customer on June 9th and again on June 15thSince we have been unable to reach her to resolve her concerns, we went ahead and cancelled her account as of Thursday, June 15thWe sent the customer the attached account cancellation confirmationIf the customer should be interested we are still available to discuss her account, but as of last week her account is closed and she will not incur any additional charges from usWe consider this account now resolved.

The only reason we spoke is because my bank contacting Data Sphere because I am disputing the chargesWhere I was yelled at and talked overThe only solution I will accept is a full Refund for all amounts paidAfter researching more into your company it is obvious you have scammed numerous people into you promise for advertisementYou are not forecoming and do not deliver what is promisedAs I stated before no advertisement on my behalf has ever been promted by data sphereI refuse to pay for a service that was never provided.

We reached out to the customer today, and came to an agreement to resolve her accountWe believe that this is now settled but please let us know if anything else is needed.

This is misleading as far as customer actions because at the time of the phone call made for cancellation, the representative said that only coupon has been printed in which there was still jo contact madeWe have have a heavy online presence through other marketing and havent seen our ad on Google nor FacebookI was told that datasphere markets thru mobile and then another representative said that it was desktop onlyOverall, I have not found any marketing from this company, nor has anyone contacted me through their advertisingIn addition, the salesman told me that customer action were email, phone calls, and clicks for more informationThere is no possible way my ad was seen that many time thru selective marketing and not one person called or requested a quoteThere has been no phone contact made to me and the email sent from Ruth had a number but says she was out of town for weeksI called customer service with only voicmail optionsThis is a complete rip off and advertisingYou all took another payment on 5/after I made it clear that you mislead me in to believing your company provides clients and potential leadsI want a full refund because you all weren't honest about how you track leads and what was discussed initially before committing

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Again this response is not accurate. I did not receive any emails or a phone call regarding my additional request for the $in regard to my video. Data sphere Technologies is a good company to work with period. Yes I do have panic attacks, anxiety attacks and I did inform Ruth of this the one time we spoke. An anxiety attack was coming on so I did hang up. I do not feel my request for the additional $for the video is unreasonable due to all the problems I have had with this company. It is not my health issues; it is the very poor service I have received. I am again requesting the $refund for the video and then this case will be resolved fifnally.Sincerely,*** ***
