I agree with this company, I already have a complaint against the Bellvue, WA company and will keep it there as they are not resolving my complaint I have no complaint that is unresolved accept for a roofing company from long ago If this is not associated with the Bellvue, WA company, please resolve my complaint

The customer signed a twelve month advertising agreement with DataSphere on 4/23/to include a homepage advertising spot on ***The customer has received a total to date of 18,advertising impressions and actions which is in line with the guaranteed actions per month averaged over
the course of the twelve month termNo advertising can gain contact information from simple website clicksHowever with our program, customers will have contactable information from those that engage with the *** ad or download a couponAlthough we are delivering as per the signed agreement, in goodwill we did offer to reduce the customer’s agreement and that offer still stands

In July of 2013, Ms *** signed a month auto renewing agreementOn May 5th 2016, she requested to cancel her advertising service, which we did immediately May was the first communication that we had heard from Ms *** since late 2013, since she did not respond to our outreach
which included voicemails and various email communicationsThe most recent communication was our voicemail left for her in January 2016, but she did not respondDespite the fact that we developed her ads, promotional video and incurred advertising costs, we offered Ms *** a good faith refund of six months of service for settlement of her accountShe has refused to settle her account, although our refund offer still stands.

We have reached out to our customer, but as of yet have not heard backWe will continue to try to reach her.

We're sorry to hear that our customer was not satisfied with our serviceWe had received his request to cancel and we've left him a voice and email on 4/to discuss, but did not hear backUltimately, no advertising can guarantee customer calls, but we do guarantee actions meaning that a consumer
saw and acted on the adMany times that action is a downloaded coupon, and we do see that consumers downloaded his couponWe also show that his ad was displayed 49,times, and received a total of actions to dateIf the customer is no longer interested in our services, we can reduce his agreement from his agreed upon months to months, which is the very lowest terms we haveUnfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for services already rendered since we've paid for his advertising on the Google and Facebook network, and delivered as promised on views and actions We hope that this is an acceptable solution, and we're sorry that the results did not meet his expectations
