Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The only reason we spoke is because my bank contacting Data Sphere because I am disputing the chargesWhere I was yelled at and talked overThe only solution I will accept is a full Refund for all amounts paidAfter researching more into your company it is obvious you have scammed numerous people into you promise for advertisementYou are not forecoming and do not deliver what is promisedAs I stated before no advertisement on my behalf has ever been promted by data sphereI refuse to pay for a service that was never provided Sincerely, [redacted]

We have reached out to the customer, shortened the agreement to months and worked with her to better understand the program and the tools available to herWe also encouraged her to make an appointment with one of our marketing consultants to help boost her results We believe that this issue is now resolved

Revdex.com: NO, there is no evidenceDataSphere is a bunch of lying thievesSending an invoice of payment to a spam account with my name (who is not even the cardholder's) inserted at the signature line, AFTER the amount has been paid in full and claiming that is is a contract where I agreed to the auto-renewal is SO UNETHICAL AND CORRUPT? I never signed or agreed to any auto-renewal payments: I never even knew about it, like many other unhappy customers? Why is this? ? Because DataSphere is SNEAKY and SHADY and a SCAM and don't tell you about it upfront like a normal, ethical, considerate company would doI never even needed DataSphere's services past Oct of ? DataSphere is LYING: I was also told there would be 'ZERO other costs or fees,' from the regrettable initial scam offer from Cameron D***, and that was a LIE? I have never 'threatened' DataSphere, they are the bad guys here, stealing and lying to there MANY unhappy customersIf myself and my father wanting our money back is 'threatening', DataSphere is even more delusional in appropriate behavior that I thought? Susan C [redacted] also reneged her offer of a month (initial) refund, and then lied to the Attorney General that I refused that offer....the same day that I asked her to confirm if the check was in the mail? They are NOT to be trusted? They are an unreasonable and unfair company, and I am one of people who think this? The right thing to do is for DataSphere to return ALL of the stolen money to their previous trusting customer, and end this hideous ordeal? Susan C [redacted] of DataSphere has also offered an month refund to the cardholder, (there are notes made from a conversation he had with her) last week, and until that money is received, all complaints will continue to be made public? We are waiting for DataSphere to do the right thing DO NOT SIGN UP WITH DATASPHERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Redeeming a coupon and tracking redemptions is simple.? Potential customers click the Claim Offer button and can email, text or print the coupon.? They can redeem the coupon by contacting the business, and the localsaver page is complete with information on how to connect with the business.? In the dashboard, you can see who has claimed a coupon and have a chance to reach out.? That said, coupons are optional, and you do not need them to participate in the program fully.? Mr [redacted] agreement guaranteed actions - actions are counted each time a potential customer shows interest in his business, and Mr [redacted] averaged an outstanding actions per month.? Additionally, Mr [redacted] received leads which he had the opportunity to follwith.? Although the guarantee has been met, we can offer a one-month goodwill refund to resolve this issue.?

She was only willing to settle for? months payment? I am not happy with the service, they can keep the one month of July but have contacted my credit card company to dispute any additional charges? We reached out to Ms [redacted] on 5/12/to better understand her concernsWe walked the customer through our advertising options including use of custom imagesWe also reduced the terms of her agreement from months to monthsWe are working together with Ms [redacted] to better meet her advertising expectations.?
