DataSphere continues to LIE The horrible and consistent Revdex.com and Yelp reviews speak for themselves Now, as of May 17, 2016, Susan C [redacted] is reneging her offer of a month refund for stolen money She is also a LIAR, stating that DataSphere would be sending a check for $1, -- which is only 1/of what they owe us by the way 1) I never signed any contract regarding an auto-renewing agreement My name was placed on the digital contract by DataSphere in the signature area on the invoice...that I hadn't even seen until May The only thing I agreed to was paying for months upfront with [redacted] credit card I NEVER would have agreed to an auto-renewal policy I never knew about it because it was not disclosed by the sales rep Why is it not? Because they don't want customers to know about it The only agreement I knew about and paid for in full was a 12-month advertising agreement, which itself was a regrettable choice because DatSphere is a SCAM I was told there were ZERO other fees or costs LIES There are MANY (80-200) other complaints on Revdex.com and YELP stating how others were tricked by this sneaky, non-disclosed auto-renewal policy, where they discover that DataSphere had been charging people's credit cards WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION The only thing DataSPhere is good at is charging people's credit card and then refusing a refund, which is the only right thing to do This company is stealing and lying to people and needs to be shut down - I HAVE NEVER received any phone calls or emails, and certainly most recently NOT on 1/24/ This is a LIEI was IGNORED repeatedly regarding (as have many other customers) the followthrough with my request to see or change my ad, back in Susan C [redacted] is LYING about DataSphere trying to contact me This is completely FALSE You can see other's complaints about being ignored on YELP and Revdex.com - In no way was I obligated to, nor did I ever feel a need to cancel with DataSphere when my business closed: not only had I been repeatedly ignored as a customer, and I had moved on with my employment, but I knew the agreement was ONLY for months....AND I was told there are 'ZERO other costs or fees.' DataSphere is made up of LYING employees - I have accepted at least times the offer of a month refund, verbally and in emails At no point did I ever refuse this offerWhy would I say no to money that is owed to us? Susan C [redacted] is LYING months is simply not the full amount owed to us Susan C [redacted] is now reneging that offer I have PROOF that I accepted it I even confirmed that she sent the check out today, and no surprise there was no response This is only PARTIAL payback for their 'settlement.' DataSphere STOLE months of money from [redacted] We are owed $from this lying cheating company Per Susan C [redacted] : 'Our account settlement offer still stands, and we are open to further negotiation.' Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was misled into the contract in the first placeWhat I was told would be provided was not in line with what was in the contract, but the contract was worded in such a way that I did not realize the difference between what I was told and what was written(How do you explain that I was told I would not be charged if my actions did not reach 45/month? How do you guarantee an average?) And when my own clicks are among those actions, this service is misleading in the extremeI'm not asking for the money I already spent back, but the honorable thing is to let me out of the contract, since I was lied to in order to get me to sign it(As an aside, you mention that the data you could provide includes **? clicks and coupon downloadsI'm not completely sure why I would need to be told about **? clicks, since I'm able to monitor that myself, but beyond that, ? the salesperson knew that I can't do coupons because of my industryShe assured me that wouldn't be a problem, but when I spoke to Vikki in my on-boarding call, she mentioned that coupons are the primary way that your clients get customersI didn't mention it in the original complaint because I wanted to stay on task, but that was yet another example of a duplicitous salesperson trying to close a sale no matter if it helps or is even relevant to the person on the other end of the callI was also told that I would "work with a production team" on a professional website and videoThis phrasing indicates that I would actually work with a team, not "upload all my own content" that someone with whom I've never spoken then slaps on a standard website and powerpoint presentation with voiceoverI wasn't even going to bring that up because the poor product wasn't the point.) ? I was preyed upon because I'm new to this, and I'm frankly disgusted by the product and policies of this company Sincerely, [redacted]

I did not receive any emails or a phone call regarding my additional request for the $in regard to my video.? Data sphere Technologies is a good company to work with period.? Yes I do have panic attacks, anxiety attacks and I did inform Ruth of this the one time we spoke.? An anxiety attack was coming on so I did hang up.? I do not feel my request for the additional $for the video is unreasonable due to all the problems I have had with this company.? Additionally, people have interacted with his Facebook ad and two leads are available to him.? ? We spoken with this customer on 9/when he asked to cancel his agreementWe worked with him and offered to cut his agreement in halfHe stated that he would have his legal team read the agreement and get back to us on the proposalWe have been awaiting his call back so that we can work with him to resolve this account? We will reach out on Monday to reestablish the conversationWe are hopeful that an agreement can be reached.?
