We reached out to the customer yesterday, and spent some dedicated time with her to get her account optimized for success, including giving her our website product, complementary included in her programWe also switched her over to a different program with more of a Facebook advertising focusWe believe that our customer is now satisfied and this disputed is resolved

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I responded to the email from the customer representative by email stating I prefer all communications with them in writing ie via email since the past several phone conversations I'd had with them resulting in their representatives making promises to resolve the issue and then not following through? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I stand true to the fact that the “data” Datasphere is providing is fraudulent and inaccurateI was lied to and mislead into a “service” and agreement that was and is not what was presented to meI want a complete refund and the contract obolved in writing to be satisfiedI have since only received an email stating they have cancelled the contract

Despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to reach this customerWe have sent the customer a detailed email explaining our auto renew policy, which was also included in the agreement that he originally signed This account is now cancelled and there will be no further billingWe consider this matter now resolved, but please let us know if there's anything else needed

This customer signed a twelve month agreement with DataSphere on 4/25/which includes advertising on KATU.com mobile website and mobile appsDataSphere is the digital advertising division of Sinclair Broadcasting, owner of ***The customer has since received 8,impressions resulting in actions and four leads from the advertisingOur numbers are reported to us from ***, [redacted] ? and the [redacted] ? Ad Network, and we then display the data in the customer’s marketing dashboard? The customer is not due a refund due to services rendered as per the agreementAdditionally the customer’s bank dispute results in a discrepancy with their stated paid amount? We will send the customer an updated offer to resolve their account

The customer signed up for a twelve month advertising agreement with DataSphere to include an advertising spot on kgw.comWe have already built the customer’s ad for kgw.com, [redacted] ? and the [redacted] ? Ad Network as well as their video scriptAlthough we have already done work for the customer, in goodwill we did offer to reduce their agreement as well as our standard buyout but it was not acceptedBoth of these offers still stand and are available to the customer ?

We have considered the customer's feedback, and our decision to refund has not changedWe cannot issue a refund for services rendered as we have built the customer's landing page, advertisements, and video scriptTo date, we have shown her ads over timesThe advertisements were displayed on [redacted] , mobile sites, and on the article pages of [redacted] We agreed to cancel the account as a gesture of goodwill but will not refund for the services renderedPlease see the attached screenshot of the customer's ad activity

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the company has multiple complaints of the same nature. They are scamming people out of their money. They are deceitful with their sales tactics and I deserve a refund. I have logged onto my datasphere account online and notice that they have now gone back days in February and posted additional activity for dates that were not there previously. They appear to be able to manipulate the website to look as if actions are happening and stating that an advertisement was displayed. I will be taking my matter to the Attorney General if they are not able to resolve this and issue a refund Sincerely, [redacted]
