Thank you for letting us know about this situationIn doing some research, we show that we've spoken with this customer yesterday (8/1)She asked to cancel and was given a few optionsShe told us that she would call us back with her decision and we were awaiting her responseWe did not know that the options provided were not acceptableA team manager will reach out to her today to discuss additional optionsAlthough our customer did sign a month agreement, we would like to help resolve this issue for herAdditionally in looking at her results, she has received actions and leads to dateWe do not guarantee leads or sales, as no advertising can guarantee thatThe person who liked her Facebook ad is not an employee of DataSphere or any of our affiliatesOur results are compiled from third party sources such as Facebook, Google etcWe're hopeful that working together we can resolve this issue with our customer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this complaint needs to remain outstanding unless and until I see the monies going to my bank - at a minimum, this company should be able to prove they have credited my account and debited their account for the $amount.? My bank told me we would need to see? whether or not my account was credited this amount - it should be going into a special department of the bank.? The claims proposed by Datasphere employees are completely and fabricatedDatasphere did not create no ad or video script within less than hours of signing the contractIt's ridiculous that they would claim such thingsAt the time of signing the contract, I was notified by their sales rep that the following step would be for Datasphere to contact me in order to built that adThe appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, June @ am and yet they claim they've already done that for me and without my consent or any content of my businessI have contacted Datasphere as soon as 8:am on June 6, (less than hours from signing the contract) to notify them of my decision to cancel the agreement for the singular reason so that they cannot claim they have done work for me, which they haven'tThey were notified right away of my decision and yet they claim they've already built my adRidiculously information which illustrates their? scheming practices in dealing with their customers.? I did not receive any emails or a phone call regarding my additional request for the $99 in regard to my video. Data sphere Technologies is a good company to work with period. Yes I do have panic attacks, anxiety attacks and I did inform Ruth of this the one time we spoke. An anxiety attack was coming on so I did hang up. I do not feel my request for the additional $99 for the video is unreasonable due to all the problems I have had with this company. It is not my health issues; it is the very poor service I have received. I am again requesting the $99 refund for the video and then this case will be resolved fifnally.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hello,We have reached out to Ms [redacted] by phone and email on 2/7/& 2/9/to resolve this complaintOn 8/30/Ms [redacted] signed a 12-month agreement for digital advertising with Datasphere.? To clarify, Datasphere Technologies is the digital advertising agency of Sinclair Broadcast GroupWe also partner with Tegna stations to offer advertising exposure to small and medium-sized businesses.? Ms [redacted] 's package includes advertising on the article pages of news station WCSH, mobile and social media advertising, a landing page, and a personalized Youtube video produced by Datasphere.? To date, we have shown Ms [redacted] 's ads over 40,times, and she's received trackable actions.? Actions come from a variety of interactions such as video views, coupon prints, clicks, likes, shares, comments and moreSometimes we may provide contact information of a potential customer if they were to oto receive emails through a contact formThe actions and contacts can be tracked in the? Datasphere Dashboard.In regards to Ms [redacted] 's refund request, we typically do not refund when we have met our action guaranteeAs stated in the agreement she can cancel at any time with a payment of a 40% buyout which would discontinue the service immediately.What we can offer is a term reduction and reduce Ms [redacted] 's 12-month agreement to months and waive the remaining six months as a gesture of goodwill.The account would be set to cancel on 2/27/to avoid further billing.We are waiting for Ms [redacted] 's response to our proposal email.? I have attached screenshots of Ms [redacted] 's ad activity and campaign performance in the last days.?

We did not sign anything or enter anything from the computerWe received? a call from someone names Kevin? on June 15th at 9:48amHe asked would we like to advertise on FoxNewsWe listened to his pitch and thought to try itHe took all credit card information over the phoneI then had to go in and verify and confirm the details of the orderIt never talked about a contract nor a fee to terminate it is just all a scamThen you state that I am from Knoxville,TN when we are not located in KnoxvilleYou all are suppose to have my address and ALL information on file if you are really promoting and advertising for our companyThanks but we will not use you all again! This customer has requested that we do not call him, and that all communication be through email-- which is a difficult way to resolve account issuesAll of our customer support email communications go through our ticketing system, ZenDesk for tracking purposesThe customer's agreement has been terminated
